My order hasn’t arrived and was supposed to be delivered yesterday as that was my sister’s birthday. Courier has only just said our for delivery. And it won’t be delivered until after 4pm 27hours too late. Never buy from you again!

First time using the service and I wasn’t disappointed. I ordered at lunch time and by that evening my order was already being sorted with a delivery slot. My friend sent me a picture of how great the flowers looked. I got a discount too.

Delivered on time. Good value for money

Roses were not the best quality, will probably use my local florist next time.

once again excellent service and beautiful flowers could not be happier. These were a gift and the recipient is considering becoming a customer. Cannot say better than that.

Disgusting. I had to bow my head in shame when I realised what you sent across, so embarrassing. Nothing like the picture: this was for my sisters engagement and the look on her face when she saw it was just horrendous. I had to take her aside to tell her about your pathetic website and apologised just because I couldn’t physically give it to her. Went straight in the bin. Will definitely not recommend to anyone. You’ll be better off buying a cheaper bunch in a supermarket. At least you’ll guarantee a decent bunch. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Save your money.

I can’t believe how my review has been removed!
My daughter received mouldy hairy dead flowers for a gift! Don’t you get it?? Late delivery excuses doesn’t warrant what she received! I wish I kept the photos if I can find them on iCloud I will post them on here!
I paid a lot of money and no there was nothing else you could do to rectify it. Dead flowers were a shock to receive and not delivered on the day I paid for.
I will never use this company again. Nor recommend anyone to! What a let down! Then you send a reply to the review you tried to put things right, well no I had to go through PayPal to get my refund as you totally ignored my complaint!

i ordered 2 bouquet of flowers for a friend’s wedding. the images on the website showed a fully blossomed and colourful roses and flowers, which 6-7 buds but when i received the flowers in person they were nothing like on the picture. In fact, they looked very dull and somewhat dead looking. The flowers were not what i had ordered and a complete misrepresentation of what i had seen online. I ordered the flowers 2 days in advance of the wedding hoping that the flowers would be ready to hand over at my friend’s wedding but instead i was forced to go the shop buy another 2 flower bouquets which cost me double of what i paid online. extremely dissatisfied. when i emailed the company my problem which was on the day of delivery, i received an instantaneous reply which seemed to be computer generated claiming "...it appears that many of the flowers in the arrangement are still in bud. This may explain why you feel it looks sparse at this stage". Basically, denying that i was mis-sold the flowers and that i should wait for the flowers to bloom. It’s an absolute farce and i am not going let go without some form of refund.

Flowers were beautiful, but delivery driver just threw them over the garden gate!!!!
