I ordered a cake for my friend's birthday, to be delivered two days later. There was no response from them, I paid online. No communication whatsoever!!!!! I mailed them twice, the phone was switched off!

Addition! The cake has been delivered, I just wish they would be more communicative.

I ordered flowers and teddy for my love along with chocolates and delivered on time even customer service is really amazing

I ordered a flower bookey yesterday. However its not been delivered yesterday between the given time frame. Delivery vendor called us since 7 PM however not delivered the bookey till mid night and after 11 no one was answering the calls. I raised the complaint in night as well through the online chat service with Yash, however he was also not responding me after a while and I was waiting for his reply till the chat automatically got disconnected.

We received the order in the morning at 9:35 AM, however none of the flower was fresh and all the chocolates were getting melted. Its a bookey who prepared yesterday and delivered in the morning.

My order was not delivered the day i wished...
Secondly the refund coupon for the same not working now :(

I ordered flowers today but why u accepted my payment if u r not able to deliver it today .If u r not able to deliver this today I wan to cancel my order
Very bad experience . 🤐 . Charging so much delivery charge. Then when will u deliver ur product at late night

Not received any product. Do not buy from this portal. Refund needed. But no Response or refund from that side.
Cheating people in the name of flowers.

Order , delivery and presentation everything was good. Only minus was that the cake was a bit dry from inside.

I made a payment and also tried to reach the customer care number, the number calls out to be switched off and I am unaware the status of my order.

Seems very poor support post making of the payment not sure if the delivery is done, guess you guys are playing with the customers.

If I don't get the status of the order, I will be raising the concern with the consumer forum.
