Never delivered and no refund! Be careful
I decided to order flowers from this website for Valentine's Day. The price was €120 for a small bouquet, but when I contacted support, they assured me that the delivery service was reliable and professional, which justified the cost, so I decided to proceed.
On the 14th of February (Valentine's Day), nothing arrived, so at 5 PM I contacted the website to ask when the delivery would occur. The answer I received was:
“We are currently awaiting delivery confirmation from our local florist. Please kindly note that on Valentine's Day the florist has the entire day and night to deliver the flowers. Thank you for your patience and understanding.”
However, the chat was then closed without allowing me to respond. I waited until midnight, but nothing arrived.
On the 16th (today), I contacted the website to report that the delivery never occurred on the 14th and to request a refund. The response was: “The order was delivered,” and they instantly closed my ticket.
In addition to their terrible service, it appears they are now trying to keep the €120 from my order by simply ignoring my request.
