No flowers arrived for my 81 year old mother on her birthday :-(
Ordered flowers in plenty time. Payment taken from my bank (amazing THAT system always seems to work just fine....). No confirmation e mail sent to me, and, yes you have guessed it, no flowers received by my Mum. I am really upset about this and will not use Flowers Direct (Interflora) again. (I did get my money back but that's not the point!)
Rubbish
Ordered flowers for my wife`s birthday 5 days before hand should have been delivered to her today at work guess what no flowers not a happy wife!!!! very poor service
Blooming Fantastic
Found out on the day that it was a 70th birthday of a friends mum who lives quite away from me. Went onto Topcashbacks site and found flowers direct on there got 10% off and 14 % back on the flowers.. Within 15 mins of ordering I got a call from a very nice chap at Flowers Direct to inform me that the colour of flower I had chosen was not available but florist did have them in other colours. He assured me that a beautiful bouquet would be delivered. 1 hour later I got a call from my friends Mum to thank me so very much for the Beautiful flowers she had received.
All this happened within in 2 hours and on a Saturday. I will most definitely use FLOWERS DIRECT from now on and would recommend them 100% to all my family and friends.. Well done Flowers Direct and thank you so very much... .
Not worth it!

I am just glad that i hadn't actually spent £40 on them, Didn't expect them to be delivered in a cardboard box they were also disappointingly small and just less that 48 hours, the roses and gerbera's are wilting and the lilies don't look like they're even going to open! Wish i'd gone to morrisons, spent the £15 plus delivery on the beautiful bunches they have!
Flowers lovely (but small), and non-existent customer service
I ordered Mothers Day flowers as a surprise for my mum to be delivered on Saturday, the day before Mothers Day as I knew she would be in the house to get them. The flowers never turned up and I ended up having to explain and apologise to my mum about her ruined surprise. I emailed flowersdirect.co.uk several days ago and I am still waiting on a reply which will probably never come. I phoned them numerous times however kept being told by an automated voice to call back later. The flowers appeared on the Sunday having been left on doorstep with no note as to why they were a day late. Flowers were lovely however for the amount paid, not good value or worth it. I'll never use flowersdirect again.
Delivered the day after Valentines after telling me that the will refund me when they didnt arrive
I ordered a bunch of flowers from this company on 11th February, using a Groupon voucher. They were a valentine's day present. They should have been delivered ON valentine's day. However, it is now after 10pm, and they are yet to appear. This just isn't good enough.
They shouldn't be offering a service They can't provide. I have called and tried over 20 times to get your website to work with the Groupon Code. It took three days to order them due to the fact your groupon codes were invalid. I'm not at all happy with the neglectful service I have received.
Delivered the day after even though they offered a refund. They did refund the delivery cost.

Sent flowers to old address on my account and refused to refund Terrible company
VERY POOR
Failed to deliver at all and yet no sign of refund as yet and had to make a claim via paypal
Not replys to emails to them very poor and would never use again.
Losing out on around 120 orders per month for our hotels after this trouble.Would advise anyone to steer well clear in my honest opinion
Failed delivery
I ordered a pink rose pot plant for delivery on Christmas Eve to my Aunt on the 21st November. I was advised on the 23rd December that the post code in the delivery address was incorrect by customer service at Flowers Direct. Whilst on the phone, the customer service adviser, Laura entered the address herself onto a website herself and was able to correct the error. I was told that the deliver company would be notified.
I then received a call later the same day to say that the delivery had been 'disposed of' because the address details were incorrect. The house number and name clearly show up on any google or sat nav search without the postcode entry. My aunt has lived at this address for 8+years.
The gift was for my Aunt's for her birthday which sadly for her falls on Christmas eve. We were really disappointed that she didn't receive this surprise as planned. I was promised a call back to let me know what 'disposed of' meant and if it could still be delivered on the requested date - but am still waiting. I had regularly used the service before, I shan't be using them again. Better to call a florist in the town directly than go through a third party that is able to manage the service. I am currently chasing a refund.
First class
I've used Flowers Direct on several occassions to deliver flowers in various parts of the country and the recipients have always been delighted. Always gone for flowers delivered by local florists (not flowers by post) and usually try to chose an option which leaves the florest discretion to make the final choice - they will know what they have in stock and what is best at that time of year. I read here that others have been disappointed or been let down, but that is certainly not my experience.
Never delivered flowers, offered no explanation. Took no accountability.
Ordered valentine's day flowers, but never delivered it. Called to ask why, and they said it was delayed, but couldn't offer any explanations. Says that the delivery part was outsourced to a local service so they had no visibility to when the flowers will be delivered. Keep in mind, this is a flower delivery business. Contacted them multiple times to even get a refund.
