Huge disappointment
Huge disappointment! I strongly advise against placing online orders with them. We ordered the bouquet shown on their website, opting for the larger size (an extra €20, totaling €100), expecting a fairly lush bouquet like the one in the photo. What we actually received was pathetic and looked nothing like the picture. What we got was in no way worth €100!
I would suggest that your photos reflect the actual bouquet provided so you stop misleading people, and that you clearly state the exact number of roses included. Such a shame, if we had known, we would never have chosen it. This poor excuse for a bouquet is definitely not worth €100.
EDIT: We called them as they requested. They acknowledged they had likely made a mistake and offered to send us a new bouquet when we returned from vacation. However, when I called them back to arrange the replacement, they demanded that I take down this review first. STAY AWAY! Absolutely unprofessional!
