Virginia Cussons; Reimbursement
Ordered flowers and paid for them on 7th Dec. 2024. Order number 2953. Unfortunately they were unable to deliver them. I was told I would be fully reimbursed. It is now May 2025 and Emails thanking me for being patient while the order was sorted and I still haven’t any reimbursement. I also ordered them from Australia.
Could not recommend the company.

Be very careful. I googled for a particular local florist and fsd disguised themselves as this florist. I even called as I needed asn adjustment. I asked the lady who answered... is this abridge florist to which she said yes. I've paid for same day delivery and still not had confirmation. I suppose I have another 7hrs!
I ordered in error from.these guys before and the flowers weren't great obviously I'm going on feedback as I wasn't the recipient. I've complained to google aboutthe search presentation but ill be congnisant nect time and vall the floristdirect if i need to.... I'm not normally someone who complains but misleading service is a red flag for me. I've rated as 2 as flowers still haven't arrived.

Update flowers arrived finally and I'm.told they are lovely hence have increased rating. I still think google is misleading on who you are ordering from so be careful, but the order itself was finally received and the recipient was happy so thank you for getting thrte in the end...

Received a bouquet from a relative for birthday but after a few days several of the flowers wilted and died, complained to customer services 5 days after receiving but got reply from Katy saying she could not look into this because complaints needed to be made within 4 days. I can't see this in their t&C's. Very disappointed with this response. The person who ordered them won't be using them again

The flowers were delivered well in time. They were beautiful and fresh and remained so throughout a very sunny, hot day

The florists in Spilsby Licolnshire went out of the way to make my daughters birthday bouquet special the flowers were esquisit. Service excellent definately use again.

The ordering process was straightforward and easy. The flowers were extremely fresh and arranged beautifully and delivered on time to the venue. Customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend.

Not flowers SameDay, Ordered flowers same day, to be sent to my son and daughter in law , for the birth of my grandson . They called to say they can't be delivered on the same day . My choice was to cancel or be delivered as soon as possible the day after .So i chose early delivery nextday...called at 3pm the following day , still no delivery and no idea of what time they will be delivered!! Paid £50 for bouquet (including £7.99 sameday delivery) ...No help from customer service team !!! Maybe need to stick to a more reliable delivery service

Lovely on line choice, Delivery was excellent. same day and was delivered in a few hours. Mother was very happy with them.

Ordered and delivered within an hour or so, fantastic. No-one in to receive the order,but I was sent a photo of the flowers which were left in a safe place, and a note left for the recipient. Couldnt ask for anything better. WEll done Flowerssameday.

Very helpful lady on the phone.Explained everything clearly and suggested what would be suitable.As a bloke ordering flowers the help was very much appreciated.Would highly recommend this firm for any future orders.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers approximately 2hrs ago and they have already been delivered.

I have been let down twice by this organisation. Once for Mother’s Day and once for my Mothers birthday. Perhaps “Flowers Same Day” could not deliver the load order on the date agreed because the order was made a few days in advance.

An all-round excellent experience. I noticed that my 96 year old Mum was feeling a bit down, so I wanted to cheer her up a bit.
I contacted FSDay around 10:00 and by 12:00, a delightful bouquet had been delivered to her door - she was so
pleased.

Sent flowers and chocolates to a friend for his birthday. Dont know where they were delivered but not to him. Suddenly no one answers the phone and the web chat has gone. I rang and rang left messages nothing. Eventually got to speak to someone oh they have been delivered. NO. well the delivery people are not being helpful. So no flower and chocolates and no money over £60 lost. Heard nothing now for 2 weeks not even we are looking into it. If you have any sense you will NOT buy anything from this business.

I have had a reply as you can see. Flowerssameday have refunded the money. Thank you. It would seem the delivery people have delivered to the wrong address and the people there have kept them. Could you consider using someone else to deliver if there is somebody ?
