Just 17 minutes of training from DVD2 set boosts my energy and spirit. Next day I am aware of new muscles that I haven’t used before neither in the gym, nor during my running sessions. Apparently these are those “core” ones that suffer from our office style of living and weakness of which lead to problems with spine.

Easy to order. Delivery was efficient and I was given ongoing notifications. Product description was exactly what arrived. I have only started the simple workouts, which have been fantastic. Provides and effective workout for the body, without the jarring effect on joints that you normally see in a traditional workout. Looking forward to using the Pilates DVD this weekend

Not perfect but very close. Love the exercise, but a real board would probably feel a little better. Great to take with you though, so I guess you need to know what you want and where to use it.

Perfect machine for work out.

We purchased Flowin Sport a few weeks back. It's taken me a while to post this review; I wanted to put the board to good use so I could give a fair review on the product. The perspective is that of a non-professional sport enthusiast that exercises mostly for fun and to keep a healthy life. So first things first, this board is great: you are basically working with your own body weight and just the right amount of friction, which goes miles into preventing injuries from overexertion. In addition, with your purchase, you get a Flowin account that gives you access to all the supporting material: sample exercises and workout routines classified by target muscles, fitness level or goals (core strength, cardio, muscle building, flexibility, balance...). I was amazed with the versatility of this product, which makes it a perfect fit regardless of your current fitness level, and will grow with you as you gain in strength, endurance and power.
Both the board and pads are built with high quality materials for a long lasting product with the proper care. Which brings me to the second part of this review: Flowin customer service. Long story short, I first purchased the product through a third party retailer in the US. I got a defective unit. I later found out that this retailer was no longer working with Flowin HQ, and due to the inappropriate storage of the deadstock, the items were damaged. I contacted Flowin HQ with no expectations. I was genuinely impressed with the kind and professional treatment of their customer service. Their fast response on the matter and their willingness to work out a solution was well beyond obligation. It is a rare pleasure to find such diligence in nurturing customer satisfaction.

All in all, I highly recommend Flowin Sport to anyone: from casual fitness to amateur to professional athletes.

Amazing product,
I practice Aikido and do body strength training. I was looking for a scalable exercise program that i could do at home to add core strength , leg strength, tone up and work on upper body stuff. This product ticks aĺl the boxes and delivers a unique and fun workout to add to your weekly routines.

I am really enjoying my Flowin products. As a rower and a triathlete, I depend a lot on my core. To be able to work out my core with functional movements is very important. I learned about Flowin through watching a YouTube video on how the folks from Cirque du Soleil work out. I aspire to that level of fitness some day and Flowin has been an awesome addition to my routines. Thanks for a great product!

Flowin products are absolutely amazing! When I want a really good workout I always use my Flowin mat! Plus I love the suggested workouts.
