ITS A SCAM ! STAY AWAY. The "Company" will not deliver, refund or answer any emails or calls. Ordered Basin and waste and still waiting after 14 days for any reply or the item. I have thankfully paid with CC, so I was covered. Don`t be tempted by their competetive prices. Does not really help if you money is lost.

Cloakroom suite purchased Nov 17 installed Dec 17. Tap became faulty March 19. Contacted Flush with limited success over several emails and phone calls the result of which is that this is a different company so no recourse for us....trades under same name, sells exactly the same products.
Do not use this company.

This company is a poor company and I advise you to stay away. They will not take your call and when things go wrong you find it very difficult to resolve a problem without speaking to someone. although they list a phone number on there website this is a recorded message saying they will not take your call. My experience with flush-bathrooms.co.uk has not been positive. upon contacting them they have now advised that the previous company (that has the exact same website) has shutdown and they are running the new company with the same web domain. Make up your own mind if you trust this. MY ADVICE IS STAY AWAY

I ORDERED A TOILET SEAT ON 8TH DEC AND AS I HADN'T HAD A DESPATCH EMAIL BEGAN TO WORRY, AFTER READING REVIEWS ON HERE BEGAN TO PANIC THAT THEY HAD GONE INTO LIQUIDATION.
I EMAILED AND RECEIVED A PROMOT REPLY STATING THAT ALL WAS WELL AND ORDER IN HAND,
AND COINCIDENTALLY HALF AN HOUR LATER ROYAL MAIL DELIVERED THE SEAT.
SO I WOULD SAY THAT I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS OTHER THAN TO SAY A DESPATCH EMAIL WOULD HAVE HELPED TO KNOW IT WAS ON ITS WAY, BUT COMMUNICATION WAS GOOD AFTER CONTACTING COMPANY, ITEM WAS AS REQUIRED AT A GOOD PRICE.

Great service. Shower tray delivered on time, within 6 days as quoted - job done; will use again

Nightmare to get through to. Customer service was extremely rude . Order went missing and was a rigmarole trying to prove it had not been delivered.

I feel aggrieved there is not the ability to give no stars for the service or rather lack of it from this company. They are very quick to take orders and payment for goods they don't have in stock and cant supply. Three weeks on I have still not received a refund and they are impossible to contact.

Scam. Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely terrible company - it’s a scam and I’m in the process of reporting them.
Like many others, they took my order, took my money, delivered nothing and are now refusing to answer any phone calls / emails etc.
CON-MEN, DO NOT USE.

Do not order from Flushbathrooms, they are not suppliers they are agencys for main suppliers. They say they have the stock but infact they don't. They order the goods from main suppliers and then get the main suppliers to send it to the buyer directly and then put there markup on top. If you order it may take a long time to get what you have orderd and paid for and don't bother trying to call them as there phones don't work.

I order an expensive sink & toilet combination from Flush zbathrooms in May 2018. I have been in regular contact with them since. They have been telling me that the item is in manufacture but zi have just had an email reply saying they have stopped trading so will not be supplying the goods I have ordered and paid for and they will not be returning the money.
Steer clear of these thieves.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS FLUSH BATHROOMS AS THEY HAVE CEASED TRADING BUT STILL TAKING MONEY OFF YOU ON-LINE. HAD TO GET REIMBURSED BY VISA. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I found Flush Bathrooms during an internet search for a supplier of a shower enclosure. Theirs was the best price. I placed an order with them and after a little time got an email confirmation. I had cause to contact them because it was getting near delivery time and I was shortly to go on holiday. Contact with them was only possible by email but they responded in good time and delivery was organised for the next day. The goods arrived as arranged. I checked that everything was present and undamaged - it was.
Flush provided a good service and I would be happy to use them again.

This company took my order then the very next day stopped trading. A new company then contacted me and told me if I ordered with them, I would receive a 15% discount. It’s a scam, stay away.

Don't answer the phone something wrong!!!!!

DO NOT GO NEAR! Took my money quickly enough, sent invoice, all seemed well. Goods never arrived, phone lines down, no live chat, no response to emails. Turns out company bought over and new owners will not honour any purchases made before 1st August- my order was 29th July! New owners have a terrible attitude and refuse to help anyone.

DO NOT BUY! Company ceased trading the day after my purchase! Trying to get Paypal to get my money back now.
