the booking was good and easy but things i didn't like was that the price you see you have to book that right away because it can change and the day of my first flight i didn't have my boarding passes or confirmation number sent to the email before the flight but had to ask the airline to look it up for me. But they did keep in contact with me the entire trip but not knowing that number when it was time to check in was a negative for me.

Once again Flybix came through on the travel!! I got everything that I needed and they called me as usual for my flights and to make sure everything was going good. I really appreciate that :) I will be a forever customer as I can appreciate them the booking process didn't take much time and things moved swiftly.

Very good I'm new to flying and very positive so very hard to find something bad. O yea better drinks selection would be nice in the plane

I was honestly a little skeptical at first because I had to wait until the day before my flight to receive my confirmation code, and that made me a bit nervous. But Jerry stayed patient, answered all my questions, and reassured me that everything would work out exactly as planned. He was calm, professional, and confident, which really put me at ease.
Sure enough, everything went smoothly. Both flights were seamless with zero issues, and the entire experience ended up being stress free. On top of that, the price was unbeatable, which made it even better. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I will definitely be booking with them again and highly recommend working with Jerry.

First of all, NOT a scam!!! I was so worried about other comments saying they are, yet I decided to take the risk.. in my case all the process went smoothly, no problem with payment, and receiving ticket flights with correct names and information went well (24-48 hours before flight) plus I confirmed them in the airline app. My only issue was communication, it was hard at first to get a response from email or calls, but later on they got in contact with me and where very detailed with the information I needed for my flight. Common from other comments, I choose one offer from the site and in the process of paying I was informed the price was a standby, and a secure option was a little more, which is a common situation, but still was a great offer! Got my tickets double less than the prices directly with airline. Like every other third party agency, you decide where to buy at your own risk, but I can confirm Flybix is in my list of not scam/would buy again.

Dean J was very helpful, he held my flight information and sent my tickets to me within 2 hrs after I spoke with him. I was able to get where I needed to go and so thankful it worked out. I’ve heard bad things about this company and I want everyone to know they’re legit and I would definitely use them again. Thank you!
