Bought a ticket and they called me saying I didn't have any seat on that flight, and did charge me a lot to cancel the ticket (that I was not be able to use because had no seats available anyway)

**SCAM** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They called me and tried to extort me for more money stating that my ticket was standby only and I had to pay more to get a seat. Total SCAM!

This company falsely advertises prices and then tries to con people out of more money to keep the booking or charge a ridiculous fee to cancel, regardless of whether or not you purchase the traveler's insurance.

I booked a round-trip flight to go to my Uncle's funeral. Having not received my email with my tickets, I contacted customer support. I was connected with a foreign representative that reviewed my booking with the correct information then proceeded to tell me that I did not book through their company. She said that to process my booking, I would have to pay more than $600 in addition to the booking price they advertised. Having purchased the traveler's insurance, I told her I wanted to cancel the booking because I could not afford to pay that much for a flight. She then told me that I would be charged $120+ for cancelling, even though nothing had been processed.

I only rated one simply to be able to comment about this scam of a company!!I made reservations for a flight and when I realized I couldn't pick my own seats, I opted to cancel and they told me it would cost me 66$,I said oh he'll no and the broken English manager tried to gaslight me as I was locking my bank card, I told her we wasn't doing that and she wasn't going to force me to pay her for canceling, she then put me on the longest hold for some reason because i wasn't finished with her!!thank God they didn't get a dime from me and I was able to lock my card before the purchase went through!! Instantly I called the bank!! DO NOT BOOK FLIGHT THROUGH THEM, THEY ARE SHITTY GREEDY SCAMMERS✔️💯

At the airport the supervisor was on his cell phone while I was waiting for my boarding pass that never come I ask to print them and he declines to do that ! I call the customer service to fix the problem and they just answer we cannot do anything (??)
So he let me wait for an interminable time and finally I miss the flight with 2 kids 2 and 3 years old and my wife. I had to pay a hotel, taxi and repay another flight. I made a complaint to the company but actually I am going to sue them officially.
I NEVER BOOK A FLIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

Scam alert ! flyfairtravels.com. I booked my flight to Dallas with this website flyfairtravels.com. There are a scam, they will send a confirmation and then send another email with a cancellation. When you call back to their obnoxious and uneducated customer service they won't give their names or employee numbers and try to scam you for more money. I am going to miss my niece wedding because of these scammers. Spread this message to save others.

Booked and paid for a flight for advertised price. Was notified the following day that the flight was not available at the advertised price and would cost substantially more. I did not want the ticket at the increased price and canceled my flight. Flyfair refused to refund my money.

Mr Raymond was very patient and helpful with me finding my boarding pass. He is funny, too. He calmed me down because I was nervous about my flight. He said there’s nothing to be nervous about. I am well pleased with Mr Raymond’s assistance!
