I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Fly Fair travel agency that I feel compelled to share. This review serves as a warning to others who may consider using their services.

First and foremost, this travel agency, stole a significant amount of money from me. Specifically, they unlawfully took $1158.20 of my hard-earned American Airline flight credits. This act of theft is not only unethical but also illegal, and it has left me feeling cheated and betrayed.

What makes matters worse is the deceptive manner in which this travel agency operates. When I originally called them thinking it was American Airlines due to their Google logo that day , as they are a Travel Agency, I was shocked to hear them answer the phone as "Thank you for calling reservations, cancellations, and changes." This response had nothing to do with a travel agency, but rather posed as the airline itself. This deliberate attempt to mislead customers is both deceitful and unprofessional.

The fact that this travel agency disguises themselves as the airline is deeply concerning. It raises questions about their integrity and credibility. If they are willing to deceive customers from the very beginning, it is difficult to trust them with any aspect of travel planning or assistance.

Furthermore, the lack of accountability and responsibility displayed by this travel agency is appalling. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue and retrieve my stolen flight credits, they have shown no willingness to rectify their mistake or provide any form of compensation. Their complete disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their business practices.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this Fly Fair travel agency for any travel-related services. Their dishonesty, theft of funds, and lack of professionalism make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice. I hope that by sharing my negative experience, others can avoid falling victim to their deceptive practices.

Sean was outstanding. Very patient and very helpful. Explained the flight details and answered all of our questions.

Grace exceeded our expectations even with all the challenges we presented to her. Definitely appreciated speaking to her considering all the language barriers we encountered before her. She is a huge asset to this company. There needs to be more Grace's.

Got what I needed done

I needed assistance with several aspects of a multi-stop airline reservation and Anna was patient and wonderful and even called me back when we got disconnected. We eventually accomplished the mission. She was wonderful!

They are SCAMMERS.
First flight they booked went all the way to airport and the agent at counter said our flight on Southwest Airlines was cancelled due to fraud with payment, apparently they used credit cards to book our tickets. We paid with one credit card. So, they basically took our payment.
Called next day to straighten this all out told them that they need make this right. They gave us 5 confirmation numbers and we spend from 6am to 9pm at the airport waiting and they always had an excuse, we ended buying another tickets thru another airline. Called them and they always was telling us, “we are working on it and to be patient” Do not buy from this company
