Do Not Use Flynas
I can't believe this company. I booked a ticket for my wife who came to visit me in Saudi Arabia while I was working over the new year. Something happened and she could not get a visa in time but she needed the flights in order to get the Visa. Their site states that you can change the flight however when trying to change the flight it is now telling me that I can't and they do accept change in airport... What is this? I lose my money and they dont even give me a credit voucher. The worst is that the agent I spoke to literary kicked me off the chat when I just asked a question. Disgusting Airline - dont book with them
I am writing to express my extreme…
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received. My flight from Jeddah to Brussels on November 26th was cancelled due to the national strike, which I understand. However, the response from the airline was completely unacceptable. I was not provided with a refund or a rebooking option. Despite multiple calls and emails, the customer service team was unhelpful, and one representative was particularly rude. This lack of support and professionalism is truly disappointing.
I haven't had any issues
I haven't had any issues. The booking was smooth and so was the trip. The seats were of good quality compared to the price of the domestic flights that I took.
I had a connection in Riyadh to Dubai…
I had a connection in Riyadh to Dubai on December 21. Flynas officers kept us for 40 minutes, for no reason, in AlMadinah airport before the boarding. Then when we reached Riyadh, about 2:30 am, they kept us in a bus for 30 minutes, for no reason, before driving us to terminal 1. Then we missed the plane to Dubai. All of the passengers knew that flynas made us missed that plane for a purpose!!!
No one from flynas staff came to tell us why this happened! Or what they were going to fix it!! ignoring us completely!!
Instead of offering us a flight, they waited to find some empty seats in whichever flight to Dubai to offer them to some of us. I eventually found a seat at 12:30 pm!!
Some said flynas does always this cheating which is not good at all for the reputation of king Khalid airport!!
So please take an action to stop this irresponsible and chaos of flynas!!!
Extremely Poor Customer Service and Unfair Handling by Flynas
Unfortunately, my experience with Flynas was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had, and I will never fly with them again.
My flight from Dammam to Jeddah on 21 / … at 9:30 AM was cancelled by the airline. As a result, I was forced to rebook another flight at 1:55 AM, arriving in Jeddah at 4:20 AM instead of the originally scheduled 12:35 PM arrival.
This cancellation caused significant inconvenience and financial loss, including:
• Having to check into the hotel very early and pay for an extra night.
• Cancelling my original train booking and purchasing a new ticket due to the change in arrival time.
• A complete disruption to my travel plans, which were all based on the original flight schedule.
What made the situation even worse was the extremely poor customer service. When I contacted Flynas via WhatsApp, the customer service agent ended the conversation abruptly while I was explaining the issue and provided no real assistance. Emails were ignored, and it took four phone calls before someone finally answered.
Despite the cancellation being entirely Flynas’ responsibility, I was told that I was at fault and was asked to pay fees to change my return flight, which is completely unreasonable.
A professional airline should take responsibility for its own cancellations and support its passengers properly. Instead, I experienced unhelpful staff, long response times, and a lack of accountability.
Rating: 1/5
I do not recommend Flynas and will not be flying with them again.
Inexperienced staff, just doing a bad job. Management not interested
All staff only just doing their bit. Free for all boarding.
Tried to provide feedback to management in person and via email but no-one seemed interested, just standard replies. No interested in closing closing the log.

My case inquiry was closed without being addressed. Very disappointing service from the airline. Definitely not recommended to anyone
One of the worst airlines to fly with
One of the worst airlines to fly with.
This was the first and the last time I ever travel with them.
They randomly you seat you anywhere next to strangers and sometimes it can be between two men which is very uncomfortable.
Even upon requesting from their agents to seat us together as a family, they ignore and seat you miles apart from your family.
Raised it as a complaint but the staff are not interested.
I am surprised they are still operating.
This is by far the worst airline…
This is by far the worst airline customer service and refund handling I have ever experienced.
I have been waiting for a refund since September, and we are now in December, with no refund received.
Here is what actually happened:
• Flynas processed the refund using incorrect beneficiary details.
• Because of this mistake, my bank (ila Bank) rejected the transfer.
• The money was returned back to flynas’ bank account.
• Despite this, flynas keeps claiming that the refund was “settled” and keeps repeating the same reference number, while ignoring the fact that the transfer failed and was reversed.
I have:
• Followed up more than 10 times
• Provided IBAN letter, bank statements, and payment advice
• Filled the official refund form at the airport
• Explained the issue repeatedly in emails and live chat
What do I get in return?
• Requests for documents I already sent
• Tickets being closed without any resolution
• Copy-paste responses saying “the case is closed”
• Zero accountability for their own mistake
The most frustrating part is not the delay — it’s the complete refusal to acknowledge the root cause of the issue and the habit of closing cases without fixing anything.
This is not how a professional airline should operate.
If you value your time, money, and sanity — think twice before booking with flynas.
Most pathetic airline
Never experienced such a pathetic and inhumane airline. They treat passengers especially south Asians as animals. No manners, courtesy, professionalism, honesty etc. Everything is lie.
Robberies
Nobody should ever think to travel with this airline they stole my backpack and I cannot retrieve it they are absolutely garbage staff extremely rude they won’t respect you while explaining your incident to anyone is representing them
Rude flight attendant Riyadh to Calicut on…
Took a flight from Riyadh to Calicut on 13th Dec night(Trip 327)...highly disappointed with a male flight attendant ( don't know his name)as his behaviour was very rude and unacceptable...despite carrying a cabin bag as per the mentioned dimensions, I was asked to keep the not so small bag under the front seat saying there was no sufficient space in the overhead compartment, which I believe is somthing I had paid for...they even reserved a space for a passenger who was yet to board...when asked the reason, instead of politely telling me, he threatened me to offload my bag in a very rude manner...it significantly compromised my leg room and made the whole journey uncomfortable...also to mention, there were many passengers aboard who didnot adhere to the rules of cabin baggage dimensions...and yes, my window seat was occupied by another passenger, which I simply ignored... Altogether iam unhappy with my experience...hope Flynas take necessary action and train their crew members to deal with passengers in a more professional manner...
Thank you

Awful service for such a price
Awful service for such a price. No food, no drink, only a small bag and this on international flights. Never again.
I recently flew with FlyNas
I recently flew with FlyNas, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The flight attendants behaved in a very arrogant manner and treated economy class passengers as if we were insignificant. Their attitude felt dismissive and disrespectful, which made the whole flight uncomfortable.
I expected basic courtesy and professionalism, regardless of ticket class, but sadly that was not the case. I hope FlyNas takes this seriously and improves the behavior and training of their cabin crew.
Unreliable Airline
Unreliable Airline. Horrible customer service and you never can get a live agent to talk with you on the phone.
We are deeply disappointed with how our…
We are deeply disappointed with how our family trip from Riyadh to Georgia via Flynas turned out. We were a family of five, including three young children, excited for our vacation — but we were stopped at the airport because one child’s passport photo was from when he was younger.
It’s natural for children’s faces to change as they grow — expecting parents to renew passports every year is unreasonable. All our documents were valid, and Saudi Arabia already holds his biometric data, confirming his identity beyond doubt.
One of the Flynas managers even contacted Georgian immigration and asked us to wait. We patiently waited for almost four hours, only to be told that Georgia rejected our request without any written explanation or compassion. The Flynas staff were uncooperative and offered no real assistance or solution.
We lost all our bookings, money, and precious time — and most painfully, our kids were left heartbroken. This was not our fault, yet we were treated unfairly by both the airline and the authorities.
Families deserve better. There must be clearer, kinder policies for children — not rejection and silence.

Worst company. Not recommended, even if they give you a free ticket.
One of the worst services I have ever experienced with Flynas. Their support staff at Karachi Airport are extremely rude and 0% cooperative. They even charged me 300 for just three copies of a single document. There is no full payment refund guarantee, and if you change the ticket time or date, they charge a huge amount. I do not recommend this airline to anyone, especially for those traveling from Karachi Airport.
Not that bad
All of the flights I bought so far were easy in the process, plus the price is kind of consistent. I don’t really understand what people struggled with, the customer service helps too
One of worst airlines i have ever seen
One of worst airlines i have ever been a part of if not the worst. Terrible service and also the cabin crews and air hostess' are very rude
