Excellent experience
Excellent experience! Absolutely incredible views! It was terrifying but exciting at the same time with the open door helicopter ride. I bought the tickets for my mums 70th birthday and all the staff were really lovely to her. I was thinking of adding the go pro option but I have the newer iPhone and they provide a phone holder which safely secures your phone. My footage was more than good enough. Paying for the seats to be able to put your shoes out the door is a great experience. It was a waste for my mum who was too afraid to do it! I really enjoyed having that option for me. Definitely an amazing experience, expensive but worth it!

What a great experience!!! Only wish they offered free shuttle from Manhattan to accommodate tourists!!! For the price it should be included. The pilot should give you a narrative of sights.

The helicopter ride itself was incredible, and the views were absolutely unforgettable. The pilot explained the safety procedures, and the actual flight was smooth and exciting.
Unfortunately, the overall customer experience did not match the premium price of this excursion. From the beginning, I did not feel particularly welcomed, and communication throughout the experience was lacking. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of clear communication about when passengers were allowed to put their legs outside the helicopter, which created unnecessary confusion and took away from what should have been a seamless experience.
For the amount paid, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, hospitality, and customer service. While the scenery and flight itself were amazing, the way the experience was handled ultimately left a bad taste in my mouth.
