I highly recommend FlyPets for international pet transport. They moved our two Swiss Shepherds from London to Auckland with great professionalism and care. The whole process was smooth and well organised, with clear communication throughout.

Meeting Catherine in person was especially reassuring — her knowledge and calm approach convinced me my dogs would be absolutely fine, which was the part of the move I was most nervous about. Our dogs arrived safely and in great condition.

We took their help for transporting our dog Thor from London to Mumbai. Catherine and team were stupendous!! All the paperwork was managed professionally. Communication was always quick and clear. They took excellent care of Thor and there were no hiccups in the entire process. We are more than happy to recommend them.

It gives me great pleasure in writing this review for Flypets, without them my boxer dog would not be by our side in Thailand. The process was not straight forward due to him being a snub nose but the pain and worries were completely taken away by Rebecca, Nina and the team in the UK along with the amazing support in collection him in Thailand and reuniting my family. Without you guys this move would not have been possible as we could not have left him behind. From the bottom of all our hears, THANK YOU so much.

Flying two large dogs is stressful, no doubt, but Rebecca was wonderful...completely calm even when I realized I had made an error with the paperwork I needed to fly the dogs, and she kept me on track by problem solving with me. She was available, thorough, caring, and reassuring, and my dogs were excellently cared for once they landed in London. I couldn't be happier with FlyPets!

We contacted Fly Pets thinking all our homework 'had been done' and organising our dog would take a 'few months' to get overseas. Definitely not enough homework , more reading - especially with NZ immigration of animals rules needed to be completed. Organising a large 8yo lab family member to NZ during a stressful family time was quite daunting. NZ has some of the most rigorous importing checks, but Catherine stepped us through the process, made an itinerary with all his vaccinations and pre travel vet checks and was in regular contact. She answered frequent questions whilst dealing with 2 family members, one in the UK and the other in NZ. Fly Pets organised everything, down to picking him up from the house (in the UK). Our dog arrived a couple of days ago, (following 10 days in quarantine) healthy and happy and ready to start his new life in NZ. Many thanks Fly Pets.

Starting this journey , we were already worried and nervous. Not knowing all the details and assuming how difficult this process would be by bringing over our Staffy. From the beginning , Rebecca Moss , was exceptional and answered all questions thoroughly and no stone was left unturned.

We used Flypets as our pet agent at Heathrow when relocating from the US with our two dogs. They did a very thorough pre-check of everything before the flight, answered all our questions, and were just super helpful in general. Compared to everything else in our move, the cost was reasonable. They delivered our dogs from the airport to our address in London. Both dogs were healthy and in good spirits despite a very stressful experience. We would definitely use Flypets again and recommend them to anyone.

Flypets has been fantastic helping us move our dog Lucy to Australia. Catherine managed the process and was unflappable in dealing with the very stringent Australian quarantine requirements. I contacted Flypets through Airpets (from India) to arrange customs clearance and transportation of my dogs, Jerry and Cuddles, from London Heathrow to my home. Rebecca and her team were extremely supportive throughout the process. One of my boys, Jerry, has a dislocated hip, and Rebecca made sure that he was handled with care. They kept me updated from the minute my dogs landed in London, and when customs clearance was completed and Jerry & Cuddles began their journey from the animal air care, I received an update on the ETA for my dogs would be reaching home. If you're looking to fly your furry friends, I highly recommend Flypets. We recently moved our Labrador Retriever from Australia to the UK and then back from the UK to Australia. The entire process was seamless, thanks to Catherine's superb end-to-end service. She kept us updated throughout the journey and even sent photo updates whenever possible, which truly put our minds at ease. Our Labrador arrived very happy and herself for both trips. Flypets made a potentially stressful experience incredibly smooth and worry-free.

We cannot thank Nina and the Fly Pets team enough for their help in relocating our Cockerpoo Barney from the UK to Barbados. Nina’s communication was first class, from recommending a customs officer to keeping us up to date with the process.

We relocated from the UK to Florida and we transported our dog Rambo a few weeks later, he was collected from my parents house in the UK and we collected him from New Orleans airport.
Nina, Go Fetch and the transport team at New Orleans airport were absolutely fantastic.
Nina's communication was second to none, she always got back to me so quickly, answering all of my questions and putting my mind at ease with the entre process. Rambo was super chilled in his crate when we collected him - this has to be down to the wonderful care he received during his relocation. His crate was really impressive, plenty of room for him, he had access to water throughout the journey, and the bottom of the crate had a comfortable foam base, he even went back in it when we got to our new house!
It is a really anxious time for anyone transporting pets in cargo, I would recommend Fly Pets to anyone needing pet relocation, they clearly care about the animals they are moving and it really shows.
