Terrible Experience - Unacceptable Customer Service and Flight Connections
I recently had a frustrating experience with this airline that I feel compelled to share. My initial flight was delayed by three hours, causing me to miss my connecting flight. However, the airline had the audacity to move my connecting flight 10 hours earlier(emailed just the day before-UNBELIEVABLE), making it impossible to catch, especially since the two terminals were far apart. When I reached out for assistance, the staff was rude and unhelpful, dismissing my concerns and refusing to issue a refund. They claimed that the 10-minute gap was sufficient to make the connection, even though it was physically impossible given the terminals' distance.
This lack of understanding, combined with poor customer service, made the entire experience incredibly frustrating. I will be reconsidering flying with this airline in the future and would not recommend it to others based on this experience.
Definitely not flying with them again, always better to pay more and get better service from more professional airlines that put their guest in the first position.
