Overall FMN provides an easy and straightforward experience to rent a car in Otopeni. However there are few points where improvements can be done, hence why I have not gave 5 stars:
- empty windscreen washer tank which made the night journey somehow more tricky (we rented at 11pm).
- more clarity on the website regarding the possibility of being charged a car washing fee if you bring the car back unwashed.

A good choice
It was a good experience and I would choose them again. I selected them after reading how many companies in Bucharest advertise low daily rates and then surprise you with additional charges. I have also had horrible experiences with the big name companies in Europe. Their insurance options were very clear. I was disappointed that my fuel tank was only 1/4 full and that they wanted the car returned washed.

Great experience from a great company
We rented a car in Sibiu.
Mr. Alex picked us up from the airport using the car we will receive. When we arrived at the offices we were given a full explanation of the operation of the car and we were even told that we could call and get help with any problem.
We received a car at our request, the car was clean and tidy, without any flaw.
Our flight back was in the morning and the return of the vehicle was without any delays and problems.
The service is beyond expected, the honesty and courtesy are amazing!
We will definitely recommend the company!

Excellent service! Very helpful and hard working personnel. All our requests were taken into account as having winter tyres, for example, as we drove towards the mountains. I must admit that FMN is one of the most reliable rent-a-car companies that i have used.
