When I returned the car rental they said 50 euros for the car deposit was going to be returned to me. 3 weeks later the deposit hasn’t been returned. Very unhappy about this.

Very good car rental company. Recommended.
All employees were very helpful when we picked up the car, as well as when we returned it.
The car was in great shape, almost new.
There were no hidden fees, with one exception: I was charged for a car wash when we returned the car. Wasn’t much, just shy of 4 dollars (44 RON), but I wasn’t made aware of it upfront.
Other than this, everything was great.
I would recommend this rental company.

Dinosaur car...
We rented for a few days a car from Bucharest. We emailed them before if it was possible to pick us up to drive to their office from our hotel which was very close to the airport. Instead they brought the car to our hotel but charged us 15 euro for it. On top they also charged another 15 euro even though we brought it back to their office and told them we would. Never been refunded the money even though they said they would. Our car was the oldest rental car I have ever rented... It had almsot 160.000km!!! It was the best price but you get a Dinosaur car that burns so much more fuel! Will not use them again and gladly pay little more next time. I dont get how they get these good reviews seems like a scam. .. Such an old car with so many km no one can give 5 star to that! After posting this review I was contacted by FMN rent, they have refunded the overcharged amount. As explanation for our very old car they advised us that the car reserved for us had an accident the day before and this was the only available solution. Thumbs up for contacting us afterwards again!

Positive. Recommend it.
I don't classify as a five-star experience because of the absence of the rented stroller ( obviously, was not charged). Fortunately, my daughter was able to "survive" without it, otherwise that could be a problem... They should noticed that previously.
Additionally, the 9€ tax for cleaning was not clearly mentioned in "Terms and conditions".
Anyway, positive experience, everything was very clear. No hidden taxes. Recommend it.
