I just want to tell you how much I appreciate Doug Johnson and all he does to make my life as a Maintenance Supervisor for Mack II Inc. so much easier. I have worked at Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world's busiest airport for 25 years now between 2 different companies. Doug has been my parts person (specialist) for most of that time. He is what I call my "Go to Guy" Doug has excellent customer service skills. He can get parts for me when no one else can. When I'm having one of those senior moments and can't remember things exactly the way I want to, Doug will go into my buying history and help me get exactly what I previously ordered maybe 1-2 years ago. I am so big on that buying history being such a valuable tool. When I need a specific part and other parts distributors give me a hard time with not having a particular part in their stock catalog and want to 1st send me a quote and spend days going back and forth with the factory, Doug can get me that same part with no hassle and in a timely manner and get me a lower price that the other company would. I just truly appreciate Doug Johnson and he is the reason I first used DSI and continued to use him with the FMP company. I did not like using FMP prior to the merger and would use Doug with DSI before I ever picked up the phone to call FMP. Seriously, I cannot stop saying good things about Doug. He highly exceeds all my customer service expectations. I do not know another person who does what he does. Even though I actually have an account rep with Parts Town and Grainger and several other distributors, Doug's service to me and my company exceeds those account reps. My company at times will pay more money and not the lowest cost because we value excellent customer service. You have a very valuable employee in Doug. I hope that you appreciate his service as much as I do. Thank you for your time reading this.

Some times shipping is fast and sometimes shipping is slow it’s truly 50/50. What I don’t think is very good however each time I’ve called about those 50/50 orders is customer service. Each time, everyone is rude, no call back and never anything solved. Basically just waited 1 month for 9 parts because 1 was out of stock. Makes no sense. Customer service should ship partially completed and back order 1 item. So expect 50/50 results with ordering.

customer service is great but if the warehouse doesn't ship the order what good is great customer service?
This is an ongoing problem. I order parts next day and I have to call the next day to find out that the parts never shipped, so next day becomes 2 to 3 days.
If this problem was fixed everything would be excellent.

Purchased our item Monday morning, checked the order status 5 days later which still says pending/date undefined. I do not recommend this company.
