I ordered two weeks prior the birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday, which was supposed to be delivered before 4pm on the day of the party. Instead, the party started at 5, and the cake had not been delivered yet. When we followed up, your customer service was very unhelpful, saying that the cake will be delivered at 7:45pm, when the party finishes at 6:30pm. What’s the point of delivering a KIDS BIRTHDAY CAKE at 7:45 in the evening????? Total lack of professionalism.
Because of that, my husband had to leave his daughter’s birthday party to go find a last minute cake, so we would have something…

We ordered 4 flower bouquets for Valentine’s Day and even paid extra for priority delivery. In the end, only ONE bouquet was delivered. The other three were apparently “lost.”
When I called to ask where the remaining bouquets were, no one could give me a clear answer. My questions were ignored, and the whole situation was handled in a completely unprofessional way.
We were promised that the remaining 3 bouquets would be delivered the next day. Guess what? They were not delivered again.
If you cannot handle orders on a busy day like Valentine’s Day, then why on earth are you accepting them in the first place? Taking customers’ money and failing to deliver is beyond disappointing.
I will never order from this company again.

Never order from them, they're unprofessional. I made my order 2 days ago and chose to get it delivered before 3 PM. I kept following up with them as the order wasn't delivered on time and they assured me multiple times that it's out for delivery and will be delivered in an hour. Hour after hour finally I came to know that it wasn't even sent out from their store for no reason. None of them was interested in solving the issue and the order wasn't delivered.

Formal Complaint Regarding Delivery Failure and Incorrect Order
From the moment I received the delivery notification, I tried contacting the provided number, but it was not answering. I also reached out via WhatsApp several times without any response. The delivery was scheduled for February 13 (Friday) between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM. However, I later received a message stating that delivery was attempted but the recipient was unavailable. When I immediately checked with the recipient, she confirmed that she did not receive any call or message from the rider.
I continued calling and messaging throughout the day. Eventually, I found another telephone number to contact. Unfortunately, the customer service representatives I spoke with were unclear when speaking, placed me on hold for long periods, and were unable to provide any concrete solution. I was told they were trying to reach the delivery rider, but there was no response until 5:00 PM. I repeatedly followed up, yet no resolution was provided.
Later that evening, I received a WhatsApp message asking if the delivery could be rescheduled for February 14 (Saturday). Since the recipient’s office is closed on Saturdays, I requested a change of address and confirmed the preferred time slot (6:00 AM–3:00 PM). Despite this, the order was delivered in the evening.
To make matters worse, the item delivered was incorrect. I ordered a pink pot, but a white one was delivered. I also ordered a pink/silver teddy bear, but a brown one was received instead. This was extremely disappointing, especially as this was meant to be a special gift.
As a first-time customer, I truly did not expect this level of service. I have often seen many people recommend and purchase from your brand, which is why I chose to order from you. However, despite multiple calls and complaints, no compensation or proper resolution has been offered, even though it is clear that the wrong items were delivered.
I sincerely hope you will take this complaint seriously and provide an immediate resolution, whether through replacement of the correct items or appropriate compensation. I believe in giving businesses the opportunity to correct their mistakes, and I look forward to your prompt response.
Pathetic Service and Scammers
This is the most pathetic service i have ever seen in dubai. I place order on 12th to suprise my wife for valentine and placed order. They sent message that it will be delivered on 14th Feb however nothing has been delivered and its past midnight. What a pathetic service. No phone call, they claim it has been shipped and claim 24/7 customer care and if you call them it will just put on hold for 5 mins and cut the call. These people are scammers and took my money and completly distroyed a special occasion which i planned. I need full refund otherwise i am going to complaint to relevant authorties

I had a very disappointing experience with FNP Cakes. I placed my order at 4:00 PM and was clearly told by customer service that it would be delivered before 11:00 PM. However, by 11:30 PM, the order still had not been delivered.
I tried calling customer service several times for an update, but no one answered, and my calls were ended four times. That is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional.
If you cannot process and deliver orders on time, you should not accept them at all. Customers depend on your promised delivery schedule, especially for important occasions. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this shop.

FnP failed to deliver the orders I arranged for Valentine’s Day. 2 perishable orders for UAE and KSA. I reached out to the customer support channels with no positive feedback. It’s embarrassing as they also asked the recipients for the addresses but the day is over and no delivery. I trusted this company for a long time and I realized it’s not as reliable as I once thought. Never again.

My order was scheduled for delivery by 3:00 PM. I paid an additional fee for the Fast Delivery option to ensure timely arrival.
By 6:00 PM, the order had still not been delivered. I was only able to reach customer support through an alternative phone number. The representative initially informed me that the order had already been delivered on time. When I requested photo confirmation as proof of delivery, I was kept on hold for approximately 40 minutes.
After that, I was told that there had been a mistake — they had been referring to a different order, not mine. I was then informed that my flower order would instead be delivered by 11:00 PM, which is significantly later than the originally agreed and paid delivery time.
In my experience, this reflects poor internal coordination, inaccurate information provided by support, and failure to meet the paid delivery commitment.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.
