Shady shady shady

Ordered a Sony A7 IV, sales department confirmed it was in the shipping department and leaving out. Waited a few days (they charged my card) and never got a tracking number. Contacted sales and they told me it was out of stock and my order never went to shipping and I didn't get one...after confirming it was in shipping and leaving that day and charging my card. Shady as hell. Buyer beware.

Rescued from Amazon on my Birthday

I made the mistake of ordering a microphone for my Birthday from Amazon. It had an unusually long delivery window, about two weeks, but it would be here on time. The day before it was due to arrive (its last delivery window day), Amazon said it would be two MORE weeks, so I canceled. I ordered from Focus the same day and at the same price, it was in Montana in 48 hours. Next time I'll check Focus before Amazon.

Great Service!

This was my first time buying from Focus, they had an item I wanted in stock, my usual vendors were out of.

I never heard of Focus, but gave them a try, well it was shipped right away!
Super fast, great service.

I see they have a store front in NJ near some old friends, I will be stopping in on my next trip!

Great experience

This was my first time ordering from Focus Camera, but it won’t be the last. My order shipped very quickly, and maybe more importantly they somehow had what I needed in stock even though nearly ever other store didn’t.
