I called Jake today as I needed urgent help with my laser machine, and he was very quick to respond. He gave me invaluable help and spent the time that was required, paying attention to every detail. The issue was fixed and the service was of very high quality. Would completely recommend and will be contacting for future assistance with my laser. Thank you again !

I first came across Jake at FLS when searching for my first machine. He stood out to me above the other companies I was looking to purchase from as he was so friendly, knowledgeable & super helpful in me making & taking the plunge into Laser Cutting. Everytime I've contacted him since with minor issues along my machine learning curve, he's been easily contactable, readily available at evenings & weekends and has always managed to solve my problems quickly & efficiently. I would recommend FLS to anyone & will definitely use them again when I look to renew or replace my machines in future.

Jake and Focused Laser Systems is without doubt the only contact that I will ever use when it comes to anything laser related he is always prompt in replying and is even willing to conduct lessons/provide assistance on a Sunday.

Focused Laser Systems sorted us out with a new Co2 laser tube.

The old laser tube had cracked. We had a co2 engineer on site within two days and the issue fixed.

Would highly recommend. We signed up to a maintenance agreement as well to help spread the cost of any future repairs - some great packages that include laser machine training sessions.
