They are a scam. Do not trust. After jumping through hoops we still never received our order (a birthday gift for my son) and they basically told us it’s not their problem. So we are out the money with nothing to show for it.
Refund and making a return beyond annoying !!! I am still trying to return the extra item sent to me as only 1 was ordered. I believe I will be eating the cost for this .I will never order anything again unless it is from amazon or reputable company . A rip off
There was a mistake with billing but has been resolved professionally and very quick.
The company kept me informed about the delivery. The power sprayer was as described. It took a long time to receive the shipment from Italy. Good quality product.

ZERO STARS! This company has no integrity, and does not stand behind its customer satisfaction guarantee. After a very long wait, I received inferior quality merchandise (from China) ~ shirts advertised as gauze, are actually cheap, poorly constructed polyester that do not resemble their advertised product, and they are unwilling to provide an RMA or a refund. They led me on at first, requiring I send photos of the shirts, etc...all a giant waste of my time. My complaints have not been acknowledged, and now I must file a claim against them. DO NOT ORDER MERCHANDISE FROM THIS COMPANY. I will pass the word to anyone tempted to order merchandise from these frauds. I WISH I COULD OFFICIALLY POST ZERO STARS!
