The company did not deliver on promised goals to add value to our pipeline.
They did not show evidence of the work that they initiated.
When pointing out that they fell way short of the goals, they still demanded full payment, with no willingness to come to a compromise.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

I am a new client and was able to set up my initial meeting to port over my data from Calyx. Once the data was ported over, I was sent an email on 11/2/2021 saying I needed to complete a 15 minute phone call to "Flip the Switch" to host the data remotely. I have left no less than 12 messages and 12 emails with absolutely no response. Every time I call in (daily at minimum) I am told someone will call me back. I have repeatedly asked for a supervisor / manager and am told that they do not have the ability to transfer my call to anyone else.

As a family run business we have always preferred to work with companies who offer a personal service with access to the people who get to know us and our business needs.
We have been fortunate to have used Focus IT for our IT support from their early days and over the years have found that they have constantly provided prompt and efficient service as our IT requirements have developed.
We had tried several other companies before using Focus and can say that in our opinion they offer a consistent and professional service which is often difficult to find in this sector.

I cancelled my subscription with them on March 2018 and asked for a refund. Never received it. They charged me again Nov 2019 for another year and I email them daily for my refund. No one will return my phone calls or emails. They have poor customer servicer and customer service.

For the last 5 years AbleWell Care have used Focus IT for all of our IT communication support, both in our Head Office and for our Care Support Workers in the field. Focus IT have always been able to accommodate without any fuss or hesitation solutions to meet our expanding business needs which heavily rely on remote communications with our Care Support Workers who provide care for vulnerable adults in their homes.

Reassurance of real time practical support for any issue is key to our business as Care Support workers use a bespoke app to manage their clientele information from visits and to be able to see their schedules. As our business needs have increased the solutions and offerings that Focus IT have been able to implement have seen our operating costs reduce, system speeds increase and electronic storage being taken care of so more peace of mind is offered. We would highly recommend Focus IT and are happy to continue using them to support our IT communication needs.
