Best Skateboard shop I have ever been…
Best Skateboard shop I have ever been to and will always be my best one because I’m not going anywhere else! I recently did some online shopping at Focus Skate Shop, after placing my order I realised the next day I had did a mistake with my order so I contacted Focus and Omg I was gob smack to say the least and EXTREMELY IMPRESSED by how they went above and beyond to rectify my mistake so calmly and PROFESSIONALLY , there IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE didn’t go unnoticed.
What really stood out to me was their WILLINGNESS TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure my satisfaction as a customer and the way they dealt with the whole situation has left me with no option but to ONLY SHOP WITH FOCUS because I know if anything goes wrong they have there customers back.
