Sent phone for repair paid £180 said they didn’t receive payment sent again only to find they had revived it said they would refund still waiting then they lost the phone so they said wait 4 months for them to find it when returned repair was disappointing to say the least would never recommend

DO NOT TRUST POSITIVE REVIEWS, THEY ARE PAID ONES.
They are Con Artists. they got my phone for a 2 weeks job. then it took 3 months to do a shabby work. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT. when they get your money that is it. forget about anything else. Avoid please avoid, pay a little extra and save money, time and your peace.
they returned my phone in a worse shape than when I sent it to them. they destroyed my storage parts and now the screen doesn't work properly. when it was cracked worked better

Sent my iPad away for repair - they had it for weeks when I was quoted 1 week. They also said while fixing my iPad they found something else wrong with it that would cost and extra £40 so I paid it. Believing it was the extra fault they had found that caused the delay, when my iPad broke again the following year I went back to fone angels (this time paying the hefty charge for next day delivery as it was urgent) they had my iPad for over three weeks. During the three weeks they also found an extra fault that would cost me £40.. what are the chances.. really upset with myself that I paid the extra the first time now that I believe it’s a CON and there was never anything else wrong with my iPad. Also never received an apology or the extra money I paid for next day repair back. Absolutely shocking service and definitely wouldn’t recommend

I got a quote from this company for replacing my Samsung Galaxy S7Edge battery. They wanted£135.
A local firm relpaced the battery with a 12 month warranty for £29.95*

Never use this company!! They stole my daughters ipad that i sent for repair i have not had it back after 8 months!!! Criminals that need shooting.

Avoid at all costs. Took my money. Didn’t do repair. Basically mugged me off. Cowboys

PLEASE do NOT do business with this company. They are shameful and do not give a hoot about their customers. I ordered repairs for my iPad way back in April. When after a month I hadn't received the box (that they were supposed to send for safe carriage) to return the iPad, I told them that I no longer wanted to go ahead with this repair and that they should just refund me the amount. That was 3months ago!!!!
EIGHT emails later and the threat of taking it further and still NO reply.
So am speaking with my words and making sure the public know....

Fone angels offered terrible service< took over a week to get my free mail pack< then over 2 weeks to get my phone back. Upon receipt all seemed well, screen replaced so sent my device off for trade in.

Upon their inspection, they found scratched and a pixelated screen (had a white dot smack bang in the centre) and i have been unable to get hold of anyone ever since! terrible service, terrible contact channels, terrible response rate (been complaining since August). Overall do not touch, use a local provider who can do the job there and then for you and pay the extra £10 odd!

Wish I had read the real reviews and not the fake ones.

1 Star is too good for them, poor communications, no service provided.

Without an iPad now for 3 months, have started legal proceedings but I'm afraid it is too late and they have run off to the hills.

Shattered screen sent for replacement. Took forever. Finally got it back and noticed some damage on the back which hasn’t remembered being there. Switched it on the battery died almost instantly (no problems before it). I have suspicions they swapped my good one for a dud one to put in someone else’s. How long can this company keep functioning after years of outrageous stories coming out of them!?

Battery inflamed - no response from them.

Since April 2018

Persist with this bunch of charlatans. I issued a court summons through Moneyclaim - online - and this seemed to finally give them a kick up the proberbial. They settled at the last minute. Please, please do not use them!!!!

Paid £129 on Monday. Have heard nothing since and can not contact any one. Contact number goes straight to answer phone !

Liars. Don’t expect your phone back within a month and plenty of emails

Had this phone since the 16th May.

Mid June phoneangels actually responded to my email and said the device would be ready in 5 days.

7th July I emailed again they did not answer the email.
12th July I emailed again they did not answer the email.

17th July I attempted to call the number listed on their website.
It says the mobile you have phoned is unavailable and cuts off.

This is shocking service and very disappointing.
I have been without my phone for over 2 month now for a simple screen repair.

Legal action will follow.
Avoid at all cost!!!!

12.7.18 they have returned the phone today, yipee, paid for a new battery, charged it to 100 % daughter just in at 4.30, took it off charge used it and dropped straight to 35%, I have asked for a refund for this part of the service, lets see what they do now, use them at your peril, did ask them where they got their phones fixed ,bet its not fone angels!!!!!!!! also those of you who have used fone angels will know that you put the passcode on the cardboard packaging, this has been removed, is that why they couldn't find it, bizarre.

I sent off my kids iPad and received no further communication from the company. Customer service were uncontactable and the phone line is just an answerphone message. They did not respond until I threatened to have the bank stop my payment and then suddenly they got in contact and he iPad was then fixed and returned to me. The screen repair was done with such cheap parts that within a week the screen cracked again and within 8 weeks it was shattered and needs to go for another replacement. The original iPad screen took years of abuse from my kids before it finally broke. This one shattered when they cleaned the screen with a baby wipe. Avoid.

Avoid at all costs. First the company shamefully tries to sale uplifts that are not needed. They had my Ipad for months, repair was sub-standard, but i was just thankfull to get the item back after waiting so long.

Uncontactable on phone or Email, Maybe they should put the person within their organsation on the phone at their office instead of on this site writing 5-star reviews for them.......
