Friendly, helpful and understanding
I had to cancel my phone contract due to no coverage in my building and liased with Charlotte and Ido, both were very friendly, understanding and patient. I am very happy with the level of care and support they provided so took out a new phone and contract with Fonehouse which was delivered the next day! Their customer service is excellent, I would definitely recommend!

Not satisfied
I was told I would get free headphones as part of the package, didn't arrive. Also they insist on using DPD to deliver. They will only give you a Monday to Friday with no choice to change the time nor where to deliver to. Terrible delivery experience. Ask before completing purchase. Has taken over a week to arrive and have given up 2 days of work to be in for phone.
