code recieved within 48 hrs, there was a couple of steps missing on the instructions, but as there was a link to a video tutorial that sorted the issue i had.
overall happy it worked phone is now unlocked

Was getting a little worried as other reviews were stating 3 and 4 wait times, mine took about 36 but worked a dream....and cheaper than other unlock site. Will be back next time I change my phone.

Does what it says on the tin! superb!!
12 hours after I ordered an unlock code for a Blackberry 8900 (with new security software) I received my email, entered the code and within 30 seconds was up and running on 02 (was on orange).
