WORST SERVICE EVER!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! IF THERE ANY ISSUES WITH THEIR SERVICE, YOU CANT TALK TO THEM OVER THE PHONE! THEY HAVE CONTACT NUMBER WHICH THEY NEVER ANSWER!! THEY ONLY COMMUNICATE BY EMAIL. I HAVD ISSUE WITH THE HOME PHONE AND THE EMAIL THEY SENT TO FIX DOESNT WORK AND NOW 4 DAYS WITHOUT HOME PHONE.. TERRIBLE!

Scam!

Paid for Fongo World Edition mobile app and registered user/password and was given Canadian mobile number. However using same credentials then unable to login to app not recognising (fairly simple) password, no acknowledgments of purchase (except Apple Pay debit!) or verification code sent by Fongo, tried resetting password several times, no email sent, contacted support via web form, no reply! A ripoff scam - zero stars - avoid!

Hi I Shahbaz I just week ago signed up fongo home phone number which one they delivered to me fongo device and now I am keeping calling and left the messages and send many emails but no callback no response .I ordered to them port my old phone number from Fido but so far no response nothing done by fongo I am very disappointed and upset they worst customer service I don’t recommend to people take their services

Worst mobile app ever..

Worst mobile app ever... free number? Yes but impossible to get a clear call : you need to call two to three times to reach someone. And no one can call you... directly on your vocal mails...
If you contact Fongo support they will answer you with basic support information and then stopping to help you.
No solutions found...
I even bought the fongo ultimate package that doesn't help at all !! \
Don't go there ! Try something else!!!

Be careful of this scamming company

I immediately contacted Fongo through emails, phone calls multiple times when I found the wrong home phone number attached to the order confirmation. Because I didn't want the adapter with the wrong number paired just in case. The communication was unavailable; there were no responses at all while I was still keeping on calling and reporting my issues, therefore I even cancelled the order sensing this red flag in the beginning. Surprisingly, except for one email I received was that they shipped the adapter the very next day. Fast forward, I ended up returning the adapter with my extra cost since they don't provide the returning label, having tried to take it as a system error and to get out of the frustration for their slow responses over 2 weeks. The adapter was just picked up and returned as it was shipped. However, they don't refund the deposit for the wrongly ordered and delivered account that was never opened or used. In the mail, as a solution, my account was pending (?)(so either return the adapter or keep it to buy it), and later said my account was deactivated when I returned the adapter. This company not only steals your time and energy for a simple issue but also hijack your deposits (or whatever with that business mindset) with nonsense. Their home phone plan might look economical from outside, but they don't provide adequate service when issued, and never respect your time and efforts, rather focus on grabbing your money whatever is available. Fongo didn't refund $35.97 including the deposit that I had to spend after 2 weeks of pain which they are responsible for.

and also on our terms & conditions, which you agreed-to upon signup.

We also clearly mention that if you transfer your number, the phone number assigned to your account is a placeholder until your number transfer is completed.

Subscribed to Fongo wireless.
However,my paid account cannot be found.
Therefore,I am requested to again pay for the undiscoverable paid account.
I will not pay twice but, will instead, cancel all correspondence.

Would give 0 stars for Fongo support if…

Would give 0 stars for Fongo support if I could. Generated ticket early Friday morning (7am) and took several hours for them to get back to me. When they did get back they kept asking the same questions on each email after I had determined it was a problem with the Fongo adapter not working. Left several voice messages to discuss this with a live agent to clear things up and get the problem fixed but never got a return call and email have been left unanswered.
Still have not heard from them for 4 days after Friday on any email updates and no calls have been returned after leaving several messages. This support is absolutely terrible and now I have had no phone service for 5 days!!!!!!
This is unacceptable and I will need to find a new phone service!!!!

Fongo in a really inconsiderate company. Fongo loves to send out texts in the middle of the night disturbing people's rest time. They continue to solicit more business with late night texts even though we have reached out to them to stop texting us so late. But they don't listen. We are switching to another company that has more common sense.

New Home PHONE service and ported my number with no issues

I signed for home phone a week ago. I received a new ATA box over the mail, and they ported my existing number number form another provider. The phone works vey well and the whole process went very smoothly. Giving this good exprience, I am now considering signing up for internet service as well.

Just don't!

Just don't. They have the worst customer service. Even after escalating my case, they could not port my number in (they kept trying an incorrect number) and because they only have bots responding to customer service requests they were not able to correct their mistake. So after days of stress and over 30 emails back and forth, I cancelled my subscription. They refused to refund me so I have now reported them to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission.

I signed up for Home Phone with a number Port-in request - Phone works - Number Porting supposed to be 5-7 business days - now more than 3 business weeks - In fact there is no customer support team in Fongo - Only sales team to pull you in - before signing up they confirmed that my number cane be ported in - Every one of my complaints like falling os deaf ear - They don't care - I may use for a year or so and kick them out - Unfortunately in the whole process I lam likely to loose my old number as I do not see any request for port-out from my current provider - I think for some basic service with no customer support Fongo is ok -

I used them years ago for home phone. I've tried to get them to stop spamming me but no luck. Ultimately, I had to create Gmail forwarding rules to automatically delete their emails.

I needed my number ported to them as…

I needed my number ported to them as all my banking and accounts where using that number as verification.
My cell phone doesn't work when I am at home so that was the only option.
They didn't do it saying rogers is saying I don't want to port the number. False as I have a confirmation for Rogers that they canceled my account because of my request.
I sen't them the prooof and they are insisting that Rogers still is saying that I want to keep my number with them - ..
