Faulty under warranty very expensive lamp, zero support
Bought a very expensive lamp (more than 1,000 Euro), faulty from the beginning, still under warranty, been fighting for months to get support, Fonanarte tells that the shop should be responsible, the shop is unable to help, asking for support, replacement, refund whatever, got nothing! I find myself with an useless expensive lamp that I cannot light on. Notwithstanding the fancy design, unfortunately quality is incredibly low, customer service appaling
