This is not the first time we have made the drive from Amsterdam to Fonteyn in Uddel. Our experience at this store has be stellar. The sales staff are knowledgeable and extremely nice people. We would like to extend a special thank you to Cheyenne in the sauna department for all her patience and help with the purchase of a sauna to be shipped to Portugal. She answered all our questions and left no doubt in our minds that she was well informed and helped us tremendously in our purchasing decision.

Fonteyn was always very helpful, and we only purchased our spa supplies from them for years. Then during corona, something happened. We purchased supplies that arrived quite late, and then ordered our regular filters but were sent ones that didn't fit. Rather than simply accept the return and admit that either they no longer stocked the item, or that they had made an error, Kevin pushed back saying "they must fit, they fit everybody else". Even after sending photos showing the filters were clearly not the same ones they had been selling, he refused to replace them with the right ones. So we've switched, and are now buying the proper filters (which fit) and ALL our supplies from another vendor. Really too bad, since before Kevin we had a wonderful experience with Fonteyn.

We want to receve an offer for an infra red sauna/cabine, and without having an appointment Rico was very helpfull to advise me for the right sauna. He let me experience the different waves and told me about possible health danger by longer use then 40 min. every day. He let me experience the diep waves and possibilities of the Brilliant 2 infra red cabine. Thank you very much Rico.

Worst store ever never buy from here. We bought a wooden garden house 2 years ago from this place. Well it is one of the worst products made. It started with building it. Fonteyn sends over these workers to build it for you. They installed it incorrectly. There are gaps in between the wooden planks. So it does not look stable at all. We called Fonteyn telling them of this and they did nothing. We called again asking them to do something about it and they told us they would sent someone over to come take a look. 2 years further and still nothing. They ended telling us that they did everything right and that it was our problem. So never buy from here!!

Both Trudy and Annamaria were super special in their customer service. They were prompt, giving the right advice (and not just selling) and the best part - they were both doing their job with a smile :) Hence, we enjoyed our experience with Trudy and Annamaria and looking forward to visiting Fonteyn again.

I have to say that the first time we visited Fonteyn 3 years ago the service, or lack of, was terrible. But on our visit last week it was excellent. We bought a jacuzzi after the very informative Mario guided us through our options.

Jordy is amazing! 🌟 I had such an informative experience discussing all the possibilities of delivery costs, times and anchorage. Jordy has a plethora of knowledge, explaining everything from specialist woods as well as the thickness of sheds. He is a real asset to the team at Fonteyn. He built up tremendous rapport with me, I have already spoken to many of my friends and colleagues about the stunning range of garden sheds, Jordy has spoken to me about.
