Today we went to the Fonteyn for the first time.
It was a big pleasure for us - amazing.
Alle stuff there were very kindly and friendly.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the product purchased (spa) and the seriousness of company. Much professionalism and kindness from Mr. Mick Amato who followed my purchase.

Delivered a broken hot tub , took weeks to get them to send a repair person out ( they still haven’t bothered sending new panels for the damaged ones)
The repair failed immediately ( cracked , leaking bottom of pool) they then avoided all contact from my self or dealer - last night I left a review on one of alias’s. This morning Dealer had an email suggesting we repair it again. They haven’t responded to the dealers reply.
This company has cost me over £9000, the product was in poor condition on the out side- chipped enamel and broken panels, dirty and cracked on the inside. Not useable. The customer service is non existent, so basically have stolen my money.
The tub was bought for pain relief and hydrotherapy exercises , I got rid of my inflatable spa when the Fonteyn one arrived in September - so with Fonteyn refusing to provide me with why I paid for I have had no hot tub for 3 mths.

Danny Do is extremely knowledgeable about all the companies products. He was efficient in helping our company. Danny Do Is a pleasure to work with on all our needs; you can almost feel that he is smiling on the other side of the phone.

Emiliano consulted us patiently and professionally when we visited the extensive showroom at Fonteyn. I was even able to have a look behind the showroom and saw the testing and shipping area, where all sold spas undergo a multiple week testing before being shipped out to clients. It was no problem to have the Spa delivered to Germany. We are now enjoying our spa almost daily and wondered why we did not purchase one years ago. The quality of product and services combined with a fair pricing convinced us. I will probably come back for a swimspa soon.

My Aquatic 2 swim spa is the best purchase that our family has made. Our daughter has learnt to swim in it and I use the spa to help with my arthritis. The entry steps make it easy to get in to. My hot tub has no cover for the third week. It was delivered with the wrong cover and the customers support is beyond a joke. I have had many people ask where I got my hot tub from and I have told them all the trouble I have had working with Fonteyspas. They want your order but do not care about anything after they have it. The quality control must not exist at all to send out a cover half the size of the hot tub. If they cannot fix this what would happen if I have a warranty claim? Once I have the cover sorted out I will never call on them again! If you are looking for a good experience find another supplier and pay more you will be so pleased you did.

We went to Uddel just to have a look at their Spa's. We got a lot of information there from Alex and his collegues. Same day we bought the JOY model. Now bobbeling more or less every day .... Wir sind nach Uddel gefahren um ein Spa anzuschauen. Wir hatten dort eine super Beratung durch Alex und seine Kollegen.
