Terrible company. Very little evidence of any microbiological analysis following extreme food poisoning incident. Just wrote to say full investigation of processes in place and a cover all statement regarding time of infection etc. bland unhelpful customer service. One email asked me if I wanted IT support!
Advise to do sample analysis as they basically fob you off with little evidence. Surprised they hold accreditations

If you're considering Alert65, think twice. This company does not care about customer satisfaction—they care about locking you into a contract and making it impossible to leave.
We made it very clear that we wanted to terminate our contract before renewal. We reached out well in advance, expecting a fair process. Instead, they completely ignored our request and forced us into another year of payments.
Their approach feels predatory—what kind of business keeps unhappy customers against their will, instead of improving their service? This is not about customer retention; it’s about squeezing every last penny out of businesses, even when they no longer want the service.
If you sign up with Alert65, be extremely careful with their renewal policies. Even if you express unwillingness to continue they make it very difficult to leave, and they may still trap you with legal loopholes. We feel scammed and powerless.
Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere!
