No customer service, 6 contact points never answered for any inquiry in email, chat or facebook. Products delivered three weeks late. Missing products. Promised delivery 1kg of parmiggiano and they delivered 0,78 but charged 1kg. Paypal helped but they faced also the worst service.
So sad that the great products are destroyed in the hands of foodexplore personnel.
I ordered salsicce and was very happily surprised by the fast delivery, excellent packaging and the very delicious sausage. Will order again and do recommend!
