Something recently changed when you go…to the show to find a recipe

Something recently changed when you go to find a recipe from a show that you're watching, when you click on the recipes, they do not readily appear. Instead now, you get the chef's profile. What happened to getting the recipes from that episode?? Very frustrating! You have so few instructional shows left that you can get recipes from as it is. Don't make it difficult to find the recipes. Bad choice by the network, AGAIN!

I miss the old FN with actual cooking/ teaching shows! I don’t even watch anymore because Guy and Bobby competition shows are incessantly shoved down our throats. I do like The Kitchen but of course that got axed Why? To make way for MORE completions?! ENOUGH!

I cannot even believe the kitchen has been canceled!! I would watch repeats of that show. It was more than a cooking show, it was enjoyable tv!!! I started to dislike this channel when I started to notice they no longer had holiday or seasonal focused cooking shows. I loved this channel for years but now it’s a total disappointment that I no longer will be watching

To many of the same people over and over . To many cooking competition shows with the same people. What about the gambling cooking show where they bring money and bet??? This is not appropriate for tv. Same people over and over....asking for date everyday it's the same. Chefs?? Hair flying all over the food hands not washed after handling raw meat beards not covered. Wear gloves where are the health inspections???

I think the Food Network is now boring.

I think the Food Network has just become one competition show after another. I'm tried of Guy Fieri and Bobby Flay. I've seen on line that The Kitchen might come back but with all new cooks. WHY..if it's not broke don't fix it. I'm done with Food Network.

Was in the market yesterday and purchased one of your microwave meals

Wa s in the market yesterday and noticed a Guy Fieri's
flavor town microwave dinner in the frozen food isle. Beef taco pasta and said wow I have to try this. When I got home, popped in the microwave and took two bites then put it in the trash can. How can anyone with that much knowledge produce an item that tasted so bad. I'm on food stamps and was very upset I wasted $7.00 on this product. Won't ever buy one of his products again. Guy, pay more attention to what you'r selling and less on jewelry, big rings, necklaces, watches, it's not a good look. You look more like the food rapper. You'r going down hill Bro.

Used to have great cooking shows

Used to have great cooking shows. Now mostly contest cooking shows... I no longer watch. Food is about taste and creativity and culture. Its not suppose to be a CONTEST. Wake up FOOD NETWORK!! Look at all the negative reviews!!

egotistical chefs

There are so many egotistical chefs competing against other chefs and wasting very high end food. These shows are completely out of hand and it sickens me on how much food they waste to boost their egos.

I miss the old shows …

I am sad to say that although sometimes entertaining, the Food Network has devolved into one long continuous competition for celebrity chefs. The once popular and highly instructional platform for culinary art now seems more like a playground for its own hand picked chefs. The programming is now completely void of cultural diversity. This used to be an inspiring place where people could learn about all different kinds of cuisines from all over the globe and actually improve their own cooking skills. Now it just seems like a private club of cooks who celebrate their own kitchen prowess. It’s now just an endless game show of no greater value than The Price is Right or Jeopardy.

Bring back Good Eats. Bring back 30 minute Meals. Bring back the wonderful educational shows that inspired so many people to learn to love how to transform ingredients into amazing dishes that impressed friends and family and in my opinion caused a return to the old days where families actually enjoyed the time shared at the table.

I simply have some constructive…

I simply have some constructive feedback regarding food, safety issues that are repeated on your network time and time again females and males do not constrain their hair, which is disgusting when cooking all the food hair follicles fallen the food and there has to be attention to working in commercial and own kitchens to making sure safety habits are followed, particularly with long flowing hair hanging and falling into the food

Just my opinion

I like the cooking programs as I learn a lot, and I do try a lot of the recipes. I am not put off by Guy Fieri as a lot of people are saying. I like his 'Triple D' show and 'Guys Ranch Kitchen'. One chef I feel is amazing and gets a bad rap for whatever reason is Sunny Anderson. She is amazing and has had so much versatility in her career. She has given a lot to the military community. She also seems very down to earth. If I could meet a celebrity, it would be her. The only negative I would say to programs and chefs of FN is ENOUGH CILANTRO!!! Every chef uses it in every recipe, and it is already a controversial herb. It is just not that great and everyone puts it on everything. Just stop. One of the chefs put it on broccoli. There was nothing else in the recipe but broccoli. Why cilantro??!! Yuk.

So disappointing

So disappointing. It would not allow a 0 rating which is what I would have suggested. This is no longer about cooking…..it should be called the food game show channel. It is an insult to all the great chefs out there. What amazes me is that with all the reviews in the negative you do not seem to care about what the viewers want real instructional shows. I won’t be tuning in.

In the past

In the past, the show was instructional, informative and exciting to watch. Currently, the network has devalued its content to being a gameshow where competitions is its primary FOCUS. It is extremely disappointing for me. I enjoyed Emeril, Rachel Ray, The 2 Fat Ladies, etc. I remember when Guy became the next food network host. That was the network’s turning point. I didn’t envision that he would become the network. Maybe the network should be named Guy’sNetwork.

A BBC company prejudice against Indian men.

All I observe and complained to them, never getting a response from them is repeats of Nadiya Hussain, Bake off, Maneet Chauhan, Anju Adnan, Rick, Asma Khan, Rick Stein, Jamie Oliver, James Martin, the Hairy Bikers. Nearly all the dishes are Indian. I am sick of the number of Indian dishes on without no Indian males but nearly all Indian dishes.

I’m giving up on Food Network!!

I’m giving up on Food Network!!! I have been a fan since they began, but now it’s nothing like what I watched it for! No real cooking shows anymore; just fake competitions. I used to watch the baking championships, but they are so predictable now. I can usually figure out who’s going to win by the 3rd show. I’m done!!!

The Food network has good shows

The Food network has good shows. I do love Guy Fiere. He is funny, inventive, and has allowed chefs to attain higher visibility and fame. I also love the cooking shows but am becoming sick and tired of holiday cookie, cake, pumpkin, and cupcake wars. To months of Halloween was nuts and I never watched this. Christmas is proving to be the same thing.
My request is to show holiday shows closer to the holidays, never put the same shows on hour after hour in one night- too boring, mix five to six shows, competition or not on the same night. Keep doing a great job building new shows.

Food Network Goes to the Dogs-Sadly

Cooking competition for dog food? Just saw a Chopped competition that included making a "treat" for a golden retriever. Dog mania/nuts is already over the top, but really? Stick to cooking for humans, which the network is already struggling with.
