Zero stars !!The customer service is…

Zero stars !!The customer service is terrible. The responses are superficial and downright disrespectful to the buyer. There's zero empathy.
The shipment was delayed .
in the box The garbage was placed on the top to protect the goods. It's a joke and a disgrace.
The goods didn't fit as ordered.
The cold cuts and cheese were sliced ​​thickly, even though I asked for thin slices. The weight doesn't match in any of the packages.
No products and no communication about missing something. A replacement I didn't ask for was a disaster. I don't recommend.dont waste your money

If I could put 0 stars I would.
I bought 2kg of pork shoulder and when I got home I found it to be rotten. It was slimy it stunk and it was absolutely disgusting. Have called the shop twice no answer. Sent 2 online complaints no answer sent 3 Facebook messages no answer. As a disabled and chronically sick person I now have to make another trip to the store to get a refund. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing at how they can sell rotten meat.

I didn't check the dates on 14 items that I bought, 13 items were out of date, some from February 2024 🫣
I opened a few things and the smell was unbearable.
So, please check the dates and check for mould.

Disappointed visiting

I visiting this shop every week once or twice and I like this shop.
Around year or year and half back when shop assistants started changing its not anymore same warm welcome. Almost shop assistants it's very lovely but some newest assistants attitude is not the best. They looking you so angry faces and checking you like you going and steeling something.
Last bad experience was today 27.09.24 in Wigan shop. Shop assistant no understanding what I want(I was asking one carrier bag) ,second till the lady helping him to understand OK problem solved, then comes second problem. I was buying 10 small bred and paid other till, shi no trusted me and checking over that lovely lady I paid or not. It was so bad feeling. I don't know how I have to react if I going back next week that shop.
THAT'S WHAY I GIVE ONLY ONE STAR TODAY. OTHERWISE I GIVE 5 STARS

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. My item was lost due to DHL, but foodplus stepped up and replaced my items. Really brilliant of them, and they genuinely saved my Christmas, thank you.

Shocking customer services at Prescott…

Shocking customer services at Prescott road liverpool. Felt so uncomfortable they cant even say hello or thank you, one of the girls said “can you be faster with your shopping we just had delivery very busy” only one girl spoke English brrrrrrr not coming back there again
