Don't buy online go to store
Great delivery time but the £165 reduced to £100 are not the quality I've purchased elsewhere now I know why mutch a big reduction and why I could not purchase my size in store 😕 stitching is off

Return system is a joke
Ive has to return a windbreaker after 6months all the writing had peeled, i sent back via the barcode sent to my email im now 6 weeks later no refund no windbreaker replacement and being faced with BOTs answering my msgs. Ive since spoken to a human being who promised she would sort it that day ive since spoken to two more who have no clue what im on about then onto the same lady who lied and said my return had only just arrived and to give it time i have email evidence my return arrived 4 weeks before and she didnt know what to say now im stil here no refund no replacement and no response. Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely appalled by the service I was provided. My order was returned due to incorrect address. Which I disputed as the address was correct when confirming the order. The order was returned by the carrier and on the way back to footasylum. Who confirmed that it was delivered on 13th July. This is incorrect, the parcel was never in my possession. And I am being told by staff that they will not process my refund because they cannot locate the parcel. All I keep getting is boiler plate responses saying sorry, nothing sincere. These people do not care at all about customers.

Shoes took to long to come when ordering even though they had a pair in store!
They opened the parcel to see if the shoes were correct even though I hadn’t left the shop, they don’t check that to make sure you have the right pair before you leave the store.
