Worse company ever!!!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They disconnect phone calls and live chats. They kept delaying the ship date and when I asked to cancel the offer, they canceled it then sent me a follow-up e-mail with a new ship date stating they would still be charging me and shipping the item for past the date of when I needed it. Online chat staff was rude and said they had multiple windows open at once and were getting my order mixed up with someone else’s order. They said I can just return it and pay to ship it/ship it back even though estimated ship date is over 1 week from now and have plenty of time to cancel the order before it ships. They wouldn’t let me speak to a manager either—scam company for sure!!!

Sizes seem to be off you order 1 item in a 2 xl and it fits fine. Order a second and can’t even get it past my shoulders.

Terrible experience. I placed an order , then realized my fiance already ordered the same item from another site. I literally called them within an hour to cancel. I was then told that the orders have to be cancelled within 30 min, I spoke with a supervisor, who assured me since it was just placed a short while ago, she was going to reach out to the manufacture to see if the order could be cancelled and would call me back.
I called back the next day to check status and was told to wait the 24 hrs and they would call me back. Next day comes and surprise surprise still no call back, so I made another call (48 hrs later now) and was conveniently told that the supervisor never did as she said and now we are past the time frame that an order can be cancelled thanks to this supposed "supervisors" delay.
I will never order from this company again, and I will pass this info on to my colleagues, family and friends to be sure they never order from this company.
There are way better companies that actually believe in customer service and satisfaction

WATCH OUT: $10.00 to return an item because it doesn't fit. I've received my products on time and they are nice products. The only thing is the L long sleeve tee shirt DMitchell 45 is quite small relative to all other L long sleeve t shirts I have. And this is why I write this review. I have to pay 10.00 return shipping for that. I think its best to buy these products in person therefore. At least they give you a 365 day window for returns. One other problem is that my order history stays empty on the site. So, 5 stars for the products, 3 for the website, 2 for the returns policy.

I placed an order on Nov. 28, Thanksgiving. While tracking it, I found that the shipping label was generated on Dec. 2, but the FedEx site kept showing that they never received the package. This went on until Dec. 10, today, when I spent 20 minutes on hold to speak with someone. She didn't understand the shipping message either, so she offered to send the item again. That's when I found out it was out of stock and had been out of stock the entire time. They didn't have the courtesy to notify me, which is really frustrating since this was a gift for an elderly person not in good health. I asked to speak with a supervisor, who was extremely rude and treated me like a 5 year old. She told me to calm down or she would put me on hold! Really? I used to do a lot of shopping on Fanatics since we are sports fans, but I will never buy anything from them again! This was totally unacceptable!!! I would give them negative stars if possible.

Awful. I ordered to college shirts. On the website, there were comments that the shirts tended to be larger. Not true. The material was supposed to be cotton blended with polyester. This material seldom shrinks. My shirts shrank two sizes. Of course, they won't take them back. I probably would be so mad except that they charge so much for shipping.
Never shopping with them again.

put an order in on 12-2, paid $13.99 for 2 day delivery, three days later still no order and no one can tell me when it will be here

So called sales and "cyber sales" are complete BS. Please be aware they inflate the prices just to slash them for original cost. Total scam artist. I hate companies like this.

I ordered a pair of shoes on Oct 16, keep getting the run around on delivery. It’s been 47 days now and no delivery. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering ( I usually do read reviews but this time was in a hurry). I will never order from this place again. Please don’t use this business. I’m afraid I lost my 70.00 bucks.

Would absolutely give 0 stars if possible! Order was processed and then delivery date was extended into the future further and further. Then package wasn't delivered to my address, it was supposedly delivered to a neighbor but was nowhere to be found. I called Fanatics because they say they'll replace, when I did, they did nothing about it and told me I'd have to call back in more business days. It's an absolute joke, will never order again!!!!

If there was a way to give - Stars, this company deserves -! Ordered a hoodie on 10/17, paid $14.99 for two day shipping. Delivery was supposed to be delivered 10/20. It’s now 10/22 and no hoodie. Called customer service twice. Get the same “it’s suppose to be delivered tomorrow”. Unable to track order online with tracking number. Attempted to track and get an error “stating no known order number”. Last I checked, item is in Kentucky but suppose to be in VA and delivered to my house in 7 hours. Let’s see how that’s going to play out! I should’ve done a BBB check before ordering. Not sure if this company is legit. Never ordering from this company again.

I've never ordered from this site but they billed my account twice. After calling the site, my personal opinion is that this is either a fraudulent site or a poorly run site lacking security. I've rarely use my card and it hasn't been out of my hands. After reading just a few of the FRAUDULENT charge claims I can't see why anyone would use the site.

Products are good but did not give me the proper discount per the "COOL" promo. I was suppose to get 25% off and all 3 items showed a sale price. My total was $163.72 and my discount was $32.50 instead of $40.93.

Chatted with Darrin online and basically said one of the items did not qualify. He could not tell me which one. Again they all had an discounted price next to them.

Poor experience - Deceptive practices and will not fix. Watch doing business with them.

After seeing lot of bad reviews, I was nervous that my order would be wrong too. Happy to say I received my order today, all four items were as described and the right size. Really happy with the items. Deducted a star because shipping was 25 dollars, was supposed to arrive in 4-6 days but took almost 2 weeks to arrive, items were an anniversary gift which are now late, but they will be enjoyed regardless.

I placed an order that was promised to ship on Oct 1 for delivery on 10/25. They have since sent three emails saying the shipment was delayed and I could cancel the order. Yet when I attempted to cancel I was told that wasn’t possible. Still no shipment. I have disputed the charge with my credit card. This group is the worst.

SCAM ALERT

I purchased an item and didnt realize I ordered the wrong size. I contacted Fanatics and the only way I can communicate with anyone is through a chat room. I explained my situation and the person chat back to me that they do not do exchanges only returns. But I would only get half of what I paid back for the item if I returned it. The chat room person said I would have to purchase the item with the correct size. How can an online sports wear company not offer exchanges? I will never buy anything from this company again.

I ordered a hat and a shirt on Oct 12. It was supposed to be delivered on Oct 16. It is now Oct 23 and still no order I check everyday and everyday I hear it will be delivered tomorrow. What did I pay the obnoxious 14.99 shipping price for? I will never order from this place again!!!
