Worst customer service I ever had. They are just taking more than 2 weeks to issue a refund of just 30 bucks and the email back and forth is still going on. Hope I don't shop with these guys again.

I ordered from them a couple years ago. Today I was reminded why I don't use them. I placed an order for 4 shirts. There is nothing custom on the shirts. I ordered my items on Sunday 8/20. My order just shipped today and states delivery by next Friday 9/1. 2 weeks for your order. Too long in my opinion. Other companies such as Lids, Eastbay, Bookie, etc. ship the next day and you have your order in a week.

Horrible customer service and products that look worse than counterfeit products!

We have ordered 4 different items from Fanatics and every time they have shipped on time, we've had no issues, and have been very pleased with all four of our items. We did speak with a customer service rep regarding a question recently and had a very professional and courtesy interaction.

horrible ordered an item and used the free 3 day shipping its been 10 days and said my item would not be delivered for another 6 days will never use again

Fanatics.com is AWESOME, TRUSTWORTHY & REAL
But there is a CHINESE COMPANY now using 2 FRAUDULENT sites to steer you away from the real site!!!

There are two companies that people are confusing as did I. Fanatics and Supply Jersey Outlet (dba: Football Fanatics). (The two have different URLs.) The Supply Jersey Outlet appears seems to attempt to confuse and mislead potential customers and those who think they are purchasing from Fanatics.com with the design and appearance of their website. The Supply Jersey Outlet's website essentially duplicates the Fanatics' website. They use stye and layout and almost the same identical logo even down to the same red flag and word "Fanatics." I suspect, to bypass trademark laws, they add the word "Football" to the original Fanatics' logo just above the word "Fanatics." Unfortunately, without noticing, I did business with Supply Jersey Outlet thinking they were the Fanatics Group and it has been a nightmare. Nothing delivered after 35 days, overcharged card by $50, no refund or cancellation when requested, constant delaying tactics (product is always on its way), no positive response or outcome from customer service and website now closed due to Federal Court Order due to the import, marketing and selling of suspect counterfeit and/or non-licensed goods. WARNING. If you have done business with Supply Jersey Outlet (dba: Football Fanatics) go to their website and read Website Shutdown Notice. Please do not confuse these two different groups as many seem to be doing in their reviews. I should note that my 1-Star rating is for Supply Jersey Outlet and my interface with that group and not for the Fanatics Group. I have not done business with the Fanatics Group and cannot rate them.

I ordered a Jersey from them and was to be charged 50.99 but was charged 54.30. I am not sure why they over charged me so I tried emailing them and got no reply. I tried calling them and the number was disconnected. I then found another number at the bottom of their page which was NFL.com phone number and they had no record of my order and told me this was a fraudulent site and to call my bank. I disputed the charge and had to order new cards but then 2 weeks later the jersey came in the mail. I ordered a Mens small and a size 40 came which when I researched that size it states its a mens medium.

I should have read reviews first so that's my problem. But my order invoice was for 79.97 but was charged 85.57. Its now 10 days since order and no order update except they got paid. No order status nothing. I contacted company who ignored the payment difference and when I tried again it all came back in Chinese. Im disputing with credit card company on 22nd since they give 15 days for shipping etc. Never again will I order from here

On 11/26/16, my wife was looking for football jerseys and saw a reasonable price. We thought we were in another site with the word "fanatic", but she ended up on this other website "footballfanaticoutlets.com". The site had all,the looks of a legit site and had the secure shopping "https" . We never received and order confirmation and never saw a shipment confirmation. Two days later, Our card was charged. Two weeks later, nothing received. I reported it to my credit card and now trying to wait for the paperwork. BEWARE!

The price seemed too good to be true on Black Friday, but since there were some crazy deals out there, we gave it a shot. We never got a confirmation email, and we were just about to report it to bank as fraud when the two items arrived in the mail. Actually quicker than I would have expected for the distance.

Items are nice. As expected. I suspect, as others have mentioned, we were charged a bit more than expected, and can't confirm due to lack of confirmation. Possibly an exchange rate issue? Not sure. ALso, not making excuses, but I can't say for certain either way. In my case, price was still well below what we would have paid elsewhere.

Like everyone else that has submitted a bad review, I too neglected to research this site before I placed my order. Within hours of placing the order I attempted to call the advertised phone number...disconnected. I then sent an email through their website to cancel the order, for which I never got a reply. Fortunately, my bank was able to perform a charge back. Oh...and the amount they charged my CC was about $6 more than what the invoice states. Only then did I hear back in an email from "salesonlinestore at hotmail.com" claiming that I need to pay them via Western Union since my CC charged them back. They claim my item was delivered, however the tracking number they provided still shows the item in China. I've been going back and forth with them through emails and it's become quite comical. They keep lowering the amount they want in hopes that I would suddenly agree to pay for a product I have not received??? Who knows...but either way, they are not getting any of my money and I'm enjoying the broken English emails from them. :)

You will never get your order.. this is a fraudulent site. Do not order or call your credit card company now if you already have ordered!! I Placed an order two weeks ago.. was charged.. still says processing.. their customer service number is disconnected and I wrote an email last week and did not get a reply. This is "footballfanaticoutlets.com".. my dumb mistake for trusting it.

I ordered an Oakland raiders jersey for my husband for Christmas and they charged me 18.00 for shipping. When I go to pull up my order it is showing I do not have one, but I was clearly charged for it on my bank statement, the company was a Chinese name... I called customer service and the phone number is disconnected. I can only hope my bank will refund my money..

I wanted to check up on my order. Come time find out it is not at all what it seems to appear to be. The web address is fooballfanaticoutlets.com the customer service number (317) 636-1688 is disconnected. The NFL Shop logo is located on this site in the upper right hand corner and is connected to the nflshop.com site. So I called that customer service number (855) 210-8829. I was able to get a hold a someone there. I gave them my email and order number and were unable to find anything. I did find my conformation order email but that looked very shady. My account has already been charged but the $ is different of about $10 more????? Who knows what the status of my order even is but at this point I will be reporting this as fraudulent!!!! Thank FootballFanatics!! Some Honesty would be nice!!!!

I placed an order over a week ago and i wish i had looked at the reviews. I never would have ordered. I was charged for the order, but when I have emailed and messaged the website, I still yet to hear back from anyone. The number listed is disconnected. I've ordered from fanatics and had an issue with getting only 1 of 3 shirts I bought this from footballfanaticsoutlet.com. Not much I can do I guess but see if I can get the bank to get the payment back I hope. It was supposed to be a Christmas present.

I placed an order with Footballfanactics.com on a Tuesday. The website said in big bold letters that orders placed that day would arrive by Friday or they would be free. I was leaving Friday evening for the game so this was perfect. It was going to be a warm day and cold evening on Saturday so I ordered both a short and long sleeve shirt.They did not arrive on Friday as promised. When I called on Sunday I was told that apparently one of the shirts was a special order and it was stated in the tiny print somewhere on the website that special orders would not arrive by Friday. This was not told to me at any time in the completion of my order. Also the second shirt was not a special order and when I asked why it hadn't shipped to arrive on time I was told they don't split orders. I told them that was bordering on false advertising to have huge lettering order today and arrive by Friday and then in some (still unknown to me) area in small print it says special orders did not apply. Of course when I picked out the shirt no where did it indicate that it was a special order. So I asked for my order to be free or at least the shirt that could have arrived on time to be free. Nope they game me $10 credit to my next order. I asked her if she really thought I would be ordering from them again. I could have ordered from several different places if I had known they were not true to their word.

Read countless bad reviews about Fanatics . As a Sea Hawks fan living in Australia it is nearly impossible to find fan gear so decided to use them on friends recommendation. Have had 3 orders from Fanatics now and can't fault them. Quality of products and service are both excellent. No order has taken more than 14 days to reach Aus from USA. Friends experience with them exactly the same, and she is ordering gear from 3 different teams for her sons and husband.
Unfortunate to hear of other's bad experiences but personally can't recommend them highly enough.!!!!!
