Scam, avoid, all they want is money. This will be the last time kai rigby /lewis trades.

Meant to be going next week but they have not sent us any details. I have since been in contact with 3 other parties in the same boat. The owner is called Kai Rigby and the business used to be called football away days but is now the European football experience. This guy is running a very elaborate SCAM. Do not give them a penny !!!

Absolute joke of a company took me n 9 of my friends for 10 k full of lies and just outright stealing from people who work hard for there money don’t book with this mob you are throwing your money away instead go down the street and donate it to local clubs at least then you see something for your money

Just Flush your money down the Toilet. No communication, no games, ABSOLUTE SCAM

Got a Couple of friends who have got the ball rolling to take legal action against this "Company"

Paid last june no trip has materialised - no refund no communication - have a look at facebook groups many people say the same. Time for some group action!!

Payment was made by May 2023 (including one month overpayment) but no responses have been made to repeated requests to cancel and have a refund processed. Based on this experience, I'd recommend them to no one.

*Edit - email today saying the do not process refunds more than 48hrs after booking.

Just received an email from European Football Experience advising me to take down my review about FRT and EFX being the same company as it’s “damaging” their business which I have never even said below. Funny how they manage to send me that email but don’t bother replying to me asking when I will receive the remainder of my money which was promised to me by FRT by the end of November 2023

Do not touch this company! Paid for a trip for my husband and son for it to be cancelled 2 days before travel. We received confirmation in an email that we would receive our money back in 6 off monthly repayments. I have been trying to contact them for our final 2 payments and all email addresses have now been closed. We were lucky enough to receive the first 4 payments but not without constant emails and lame excuses. Was told that the new company that had taken over (European Football Experience) would be paying going forward but no reply from anyone on that email either and can’t find any information on that company other than the email address that FRT gave me.

Follow up from my previous review. Now it is nearing the time of the final payment(next month), we are still owed thousands we have received emails basically telling us to remove online reviews as they are not the same company. They are saying this should somehow slow down the payments. Unfortunately we shouldn’t have had to go down this route as it should have been paid by now, however the comments are all fair. This company is terrible to deal with and simply can’t honour their word.

Supposed to have gone to the last games of the season, Dortmund and Feyenoord. Had no contact from the company running up to the trip. Finally got told it had been cancelled due to Covid/Staffing issues/ rising costs/Rail strikes, Delete as applicable. Agreed to receive 70% of what we'd paid, up to now we have received 2 payments of £890. Last payment was June. Still owed four payments of this. No communication since. Company has now magically found a new name, The European Football Experience, although the same guy is behind the scenes again. Anyone that has been robbed by their last venture get blocked from the new page when raising any questions. Absolute scam of a company and fraud of a bloke.

This scam company is now operating under the name "The European Football Experience" and trying their scam again. The company owner has changed his surname to try and restart this scam over again. Don't fall for it. Also if you try to add any review to the new Facebook group, they'll just remove your comment and block you.

4 of us booked this trip for the last game of the 2022/23 season and it did not go ahead due to the company supposedly entering administration. We were advised that the best option would be to cancel and that we would receive 6 monthly instalments to receive our money. We last received a payment at the start of July and they are now ignoring our continuous emails on when we will receive further payment. Their communication is shambolic and they clearly do not care that many customers have spent their hard earned money on their ‘once in a lifetime trips’. Do not book with this company!

Awful. Trip was cancelled and lots of promises of refund instalments, which have never materialised.

Trip cancelled days before the trip. Was then offered refund in instalments which only lasted 1 month (1 payment), they are now ignoring emails.

Company are criminals and should all be banged up, robbing people of money, cancelling trips days before you are ment to go, and only giving 70% refund, in my opinion is just a scam with no intention of taking you on your trip.

Absolute scam artist! We were due to go on a trip at the end of May but received an email yesterday suggesting we cancel the trip and ask for a refund as the trip would likely be cancelled. It is an absolute disgrace that this refund will be made in instalments and not in full! That is if we receive a refund at all!! Not to mention the £150+ per person we have paid for train travel and hotels both before and after the trip which we have been told by the providers would not be refunded to us either.
This company has taken peoples hard earned cash with no intention of running trips and has instead used the money to keep the company afloat for a further few months. Absolutely shameful and disgraceful!!

Been trying to contact this company now for weeks regarding booking. Husbands 50th birthday in laws than a month and I have heard nothing from them. Tried messaging them today and message won’t send and website now saying down for maintenance…..so angry they have taken my money and disappeared!!

Joke of a company, my reviews and I'm sure others keep being removed. The guy who runs this company needs to be jailed for fraud. He must have hundreds of thousands ££ of peoples money. Disgusting

Do not participate in this trip. It’s a massive Con and ridiculously expensive considering 3/4 of your holiday you will be sat on a tight fitting bus. The whole trip was not organised at all and was a waste of time. False advertisement of Glamorous luxury sprinters and your unlimited drinks was absolutely wrong. The drinks were stocked at the beginning and only that, the guides had no clue what they were doing and even refused us to get off for toilet trips during the LONG travels.

Went on a trip earlier in March. We got both our games but the whole thing was total lack of organisation.

1. No itinerary sent until 2 days before, after multiple chases in various channels.
2. Guide was new but tried his best. Did not get enough support from the managing dircetor. We felt like the guide was done over by the owner of the company, even admitted to us that he felt all of this could have been done a lot better for what we paid.
3. Ajax game was moved, no communication on what the substitute would be. We found out through reading the itinerary.
4. Driver came with the bus. The MD said 'outsourced' as a reason for driver being absolutely useless with direction.
5. You will have good experience if you go with your friends/family. The football is amazing. Everything else that is organised by the company is a hit or a miss...more misses though.
6. Our hotels were off good standards, however 2 hotels got changed from the itinerary. No issue because the replacement were good but still left everyone on the tour feeling uneasy.
7. The MD was too busy getting himself and everyone else drunk as to mask how much his business is a shamble.
8. No electricity for phone charging on bus, no PS5, no TV.

Overpromising. Underdelivering. If you cannot organise a trip for 100+ people, don't do it. Rookie entrepreneur that's probably been winging it up to this point.

Stop blaming COVID or Brexit. We aren't stupid. We know you do not have any reliable suppliers for hotel or even tickets. Get a bit of organisation in place and you may be able to start delivering on your promise.

10 of us are due to attend a planned trip on the 26th of May. This trip was booked last year and has been in the works for a while now. We’ve had no communication from this company for the past few months and anytime we try to get in contact we receive no response. From all of the other reviews I’ve read it seems they’re ripping people off and taking everyone’s money with no remorse. It’s absolutely shocking considering the amount of money we all paid to go on this trip and all we want now is our money back!
