Stay away from this website they sell fake shoes. I order a size 47.5 Jordans and received 45 size. When i contact the company they told me that the shoe is still usable and fit for purpose, after I advised them that it is not usable for me or fit for the purpose I bought them for they offer me 30% refund and I will have to ship the item back and pay for that also. Very disappointed and these shoes look fake as well.

The physical address given on their website is FALSE. I represent the building owners and footrotatroll is not a tenant in the building.

This company is horrible. I ordered a pair of converse in a dark green color that was hard to find for my daughter to wear to homecoming. I got an email saying that my order was complete and I would be notified then the order shipped. This was 2 weeks ago. I emailed customer service and they said their website was being redone and they were not filling orders at the time. I am now stuck trying to dye converse myself 2 days before tge dance. I'm beyond disappointed .

This company is a scam. I ordered a pair of Jordans for my son over 2 months ago. When I contacted their customer support the 1st time they gave me a fake tracking number when I contacted them about that, they gave me another one which was not from DHL and it was coming from Paris. After checking the tracking on the package for a couple weeks it finally arrived at a NY sorting facility and haven’t moved since. Since then, after making several attempts all communication with the company have been silent. I am currently taking action for fraud.

I purchased a pair if adidas iniki runners for above retail price. Seemed normal since they haven't released them in quite a while. Other sites had some available but not my size. I purchased and immediately knew it wasn't looking good. The package arrived, like only a package that traveled through customes does..dented, beat up and taped beyond belief. Upon opening the box, I could immediately tell they were fake. The suede felt fake, the stitching was off and there wasn't even the "iniki" print by the stripes. Lesson learned..website is a scam.

This was my first experience with Footrotatroll. They emailed me throughout the transaction to inform me when they receive the product and when it was shipping out. I received the product I intended on buying and overall happy with the experience.
