I made an Order for a pair og birkenstock, and they charged med two times. I have proof that the payment has been charged two times, but still the customer service wont give me my money back. It has now been 1,5 month since i wrote Them about the case, and i still havent seen my money again, and i have no hope anymore that i am getting Them back. I am NOT EVER gonna use this site anymore.

Tried to get in contact with this company many times as they sent me the wrong size of trainers I ordered and the phone rang out and my emails were ignored . I would trust this company and wouldn’t advise any one to use them
