These people are terrible. I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter in mid-December 2025. The communication was minimal, then I suddenly got a message that the order had been delivered. It had NOT been delivered. I asked my neighbors, checked with my postal carrier - it definitely wasn't delivered. It's been nearly 3 months now since I ordered and they still won't provide information, issue a refund or offer anything helpful. Do not order from these people.

Couldn't track the package. When I received my shoes they were made of the cheapest quality of material. It was my fault for not doing my research so I got what I deserved. No more overseas ordering for me.

Beware this site they are scammers and will take your money and not ship anything. This site is a fraud.

Did not send what I ordered. No response to my emails from company. DO NOT ORDER FROM FOOTSTYLE!! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

This is fraudulent Company. They show original items in picture but send JUNK TO YOU.

BEWARE!!! This is a fraudulent company!! Under contacts, it shows it’s a US company but it’s not. If I write about my experience, it would just be reiterating what the other reviews state. STAY AWAY! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!

This is a Chinese website by the way, my order was shipped from China Which already raised a few eyebrows, and then after a month and a half when i received my item, it was a cheap bull crap product from china, i raised the problem to paypal and they say i have to send the item back for him to give me my refund, so now i am down a lot of money plus the shipping of the return and i don't even have the product i ASKED AND PAYED FOR, go somewhere else, absolutely DO NOT buy from this garbage website

Ordered boots on 11/3/20. Took 11 weeks to receive them. When they arrived, they were too small, very cheaply made, and had a horrible oily smell. The company offered me a $5 refund. Said if I wanted to return them, it would take a lot of time and I would have to pay shipping costs. I am donating them to charity and have learned my lesson. I will only buy from companies based in the USA.

Absolutely horrible. No problems taking my money but after that nothing zero zilch. Will not answer texts calls or emails. I ordered on 11/29 and have not heard a peep. No your item has shipped no delay NOTHING! I was so excited to find these slippers for my momma for christmas now thanks to this place I have nothing to give her and had to file a claim on paypal. Stay as far away from this "company" as possible

This company is fraudulent. They take your money and ship you a different product than what you purchased. They know you cannot return it as it will cost more in postage to ship it back to China than what the product is worth. I bought a pair of sandals and did not get the appropriate color/size/brand. I paid ~$45 for them and with tracking to get my money back it would have cost me $53 to return them to China. This company does not advertise that they are Chinese. BUYER BEWARE!

Very disappointed!! After waiting almost 2 months for a delivery, I finally got notification that my "boots" had been delivered - IN THE MAILBOX!!! Before I even went to the mailbox, I knew it couldn't be good. These "boots" were wadded up & wrapped in plastic bubble wrap with an outer layer of plastic. I cringed at the sight knowing I had been taken. The supple leather boots I had pictured were made of a cheap plastic which you could smell after unwrapping. They didn't even have the decency to lace them! I realized why after I tried to lace them. The laces only reached halfway up the boot! The cheap, plastic buckles in the back of the boot weren't connected. To top it off, they were too small. Needless to say, I will try to return these. I wish Paypal, Amazon, etc. could forewarn consumers that their purchases are coming from China. If I had known this ahead of time, I would never have ordered these. I will be surprised if I can return these. DO NOT ORDER FROM FOOTSTYLEUS!!!!

It took forever to get “my shoes”... I had to keep emailing them and they said they were in transit.. etc etc...
Anyway, finally after I read many negative reviews on them- after I’d purchased, sadly!..I sent them yet another email “encouraging “ them to send them so I could refer them to “all my friends and followers” haha..
Well, to my surprise I finally got sent a pair of heels. BTW- I had actually ordered a gorgeous multi colour striped pair of a well known brand of pin-up shoes..
Now although I like surprises in general... not all surprises are the same!
What arrived (I’m still amazed anything did actually and also impressed at my “InstaFamous Rep ploy” )😂.. was a far cry from what I ordered but rather a shiny white pair complete with a bow.... would have been darling for a 70’s wedding! 😜😂.
Unfortunately, John Travolta and Barry Gibb never proposed to me so sadly the shoes will be given to a good cause- whatever that may be..haha

In summary: Buyers beware- this site sells copy/fake brands and you’ll be lucky if you get anything delivered ...let alone something resembling what you ordered... it’s not a shoe... it’s a BOO 👻
