I’ve had numerous problems with this…
I’ve had numerous problems with this company, no one ever answers the phone or replies to my emails. I have had to wait weeks for order & refunds are even longer, the last refund had to be made through credit card company. I can’t find out any info about this company on line either which is disturbing. I have left negative reviews/ complaints on their Facebook page but they get deleted.

As we have already found out you are a fake account related to my competitor 'Jo- leen' im sorry you forgot to remove information off facebook and have been found out. On Facebook I asked numerous times for an order id ect and also your name - non of the information was given - because its a fake review. Terrible first experience ordering from…
Terrible first experience ordering from here! Firstly waited nearly four months for my order to arrive! No updates through out the whole process, no one ever answers the phone or replies to emails! Finally got a text reply when left a message To say I was contacting card company. When the Shoes finally did arrive they was faulty and in poor condition with the heel sitting at a funny angle. They was Returned and when I finally received my refund (After chasing) they didn’t even refund my Initial Postal charges charges of over £6 nor my return costs. My understanding is if you purchase faulty goods it is up to the them to pay for return costs and any initial postage charges paid to be refunded. Of to which both have not been. Will be seeking some advice but can’t find any company information for them so not even sure if they are a uk business or not. Would avoid at all costs and stick with my usual small shoe website like pretty small shoes, little shoe shop and small feet shoes

Our number is text only due to working from home and being on maternity leave this year. yes you are correct if faulty you don't have to pay we always refund for faulty shoes. if this was not put on your returns we might have not known so i just need your details i can refund this now for you xx
