Outright thieves. Taken nearly £2000 for an engine, four months later they are still making excuses.
Starting a small claims court case this week and going to trading standards.
But my car looks like it's staying of the road untill the bailiffs go in for my money and my costs

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered a car part and paid for it and then realised it just wasn't going to be cost effective to go ahead with the repair, and rang them to cancel it a couple of hours later. I was told he couldn't cancel it without the boss's OK who was out, but would put it on hold so I could ring the following day to confirm the cancellation.
I rang twice to be told there was no record of me asking it to be held, and he was unsure if it had been picked up for delivery. 3hrs later I rang again to be told it had gone and there would be a 20% fee - nearly £50. I protested saying it wasn't my error, but a failure of communication between staff. Our exchange became heated as he accused me of lying, changing my story, blaming my garage's advice for the purchase and schooling me in what I should have done. Unprofessional, patronising and appalling customer service.

This must be the worst company in the world to deal with, they tell you they have the part and you pay them when it does not turn up they again promise delivery as a replacement is coming in. No part received cancel order and what a job to try and get money back. Without the help of the broker who temporarily suspended them I doubt if I would have got my money back.

Desperate for a part I rang Thursday late afternoon, they had the part but missed collections. He said he would take it himself to TNT depot. I got the part Friday Dinner time. Great stuff 👍

AVOID THIS IGNORANT GUY AT ALL COSTS, HE IS NOTHING BUT AN SCUMMY CONMAN.

I was contacted by FCS after search via used parts broker. They have sent me wrong part and then send correct one - but broken. They claim it is my fault as they test parts ( looks like I have nothing better to do at home just buy use alternators, get them broken - just for fun). They claim they offer 3 months warranty on parts, yet they refused paying for postage of two wrong parts they have sent. Supervisor very rude, told me to take him to court and hang up on me. Already filled the claim with paypal, but I sure do will take them to court if needed. Avoid at all cost!

TERRIBLE SERVICE
I was contacted by this company after I had done a search for a bumper in a specific colour. I was informed that they had the bumper in the right colour this was a relief as I had been let down by 2 similar companies previously. So anyway it was on a Tuesday I paid asked again if it was in silver got told yes and it would be delivered by Friday, so all good I thought as the week went on and had a few phone calls from checker the type of bumper as there were 2 types by the friday it still hadn't been dispatched as I was told the courier refused to take, I was told someone who phone me back but nothing. I phoned again and spoke to the guy that sold me it he was so rude, I was angry aswell he told me he didn't promise the colour I wanted and it would take 4 to 6 days and I clearly had nothing better to do than phone them over ( in his words ) a poxy bumper he them said it's on it's way and then hung up on me.

I wish ZERO stars was an option!

They phoned me to say they had the car part I was after. They confirm it was definitely the right part, so paid by card over the phone.

What turned up was completely the wrong part. I was told to return it which I did at my own cost.

Over the last couple of weeks I have chased them up by phone and email with no response. The last time I rang I spoke to an Asian man who was really rude, told me I was stupid and to get a job!

Still awaiting my refund.

Checked that they have a Front passenger side shock absorber for a diesel Honda FRV. told that they have, ordered it and when it was being fitted discovered it was for a petrol. helpful Khan suggested that I should “drill a hole to make the bolt fit” When asked for a refund he told me that I should pay for return postage even though it was his incompetence in sending out the wrong part.
If you have nothing better to do with your time then go ahead and order from this company.
The only spare part at this place is KHAN - he also doubles as the biggest tool in the toolbox at this place.

Part for MK1 Toyota Rav4 ordered before reading reviews so I was a little worried until it arrived. Part arrived 2 days later via Royal Mail. The part was correct and in good condition, so no problems whatsoever here. Staff were helpful and polite.

I would leave zero stars as a review. Steer clear! I paid over the phone for a car part which was promised delivery both times I chased them up. I had to ring them as they did not have the decency to let me know that they couldn't get the part.
Each time I rang, the same man spoke in an abrupt manner with no form of apology or remorse.
Really unpleasant. I am still awaiting my refund.

Sadly I have to give a star.i brought a alternator from these people what a idiot I was should have read the reviews first I got said item in a couple of days I understand it secondhand but it came well packed no box damage thats the only good part it was filthy the electric port was broken was desperate for car back so got garage to fit hey ho it doesn't work what a surprise rang these so called dealers back only too be told it's the external regulator so checked, it doesn't have one it's built in so sent a email got a call today only to be told I or my garage had blown it but I could send it back at my cost for them to test it and wave a magic wand for it to suddenly it works and then probably never see it again and no refund and then they can send it out again to some other poor sole so please always read reviews and a warning if you use these people don't expect to get it or if you do it probably won't work or even the right part and don't ask for refund cause it you fault for using them no wonder this country a laughing stock in the eyes of the world if we allow companys like this to trade

Can't get a refund I have instructed Master Card
to get my refund and sending a letter of complaint to the Which Magazine.I have made repeated phone
calls to this company but they never take any action.
Staff are polite must be company policy but no cash
in my bank account I am 72 years of age hope to get money before I leave this Planet.

I sought 2 doors for my Honda from Breakeryard
Within hours of p[osting the request these clowns rang me tallng me they had what I wanted in great condition for £180 including postage. I paid but nothing arrived. After innumerable calls one door did arrive but it was inpitiable condition. Numerous further calls got the reactions as follows
"we sent it" - OK where's the tracking?? - no answer
"you only ordered one" - !! - check your order!!
"postage is more than we thought - have the door - will post for an extra £15" - paid that - reponse nil.
" we don't have that door but will get you one!!"
weeks later & more chasing
"we've found one in blue" - not what I ordered but send it anyway
more calls
"we sent it but Parcel Force returned it because they don't dop that any more" - !!!!! - boloney
"we'll send it if you send another £25" - OK but send me a photo of the door - no response
where's the photo? "We don't have time to deal with you" - Then refund my money!
6 weeks later nothing

DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THESE THEIVES, I ORDERED A PART FOR MY HONDA, I SENT THEM THE REG AND VIN AND WAS TOLD THEY HAVE THE PART I NEEDED AND WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH THE TOOL AS WELL, I WAS THEN TOLD THE PART WOULD BE DESPATCHED AND BE WITH ME IN 48 HOURS, THIS WAS A THURSDAY EARLY AFTERNOON, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY ARE TRADING DAYS SO EXPECTED IT SATURDAY EVENING. IT DIDNT ARRIVE, I CALLED DAVE UP AND INSISTED HE TOLD ME 4-5 DAYS (LIAR).
HE THEN CALLED ME A FUC###G TW#T AND CONTINUED TO FURTHER INSULT ME. THE PART ARRIVED ON MONDAY AFTERNOON AND DISCOVERED IT WAS THE WRONG PART, I KNOW BY READING THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS THAT THERE IS NO CHANCE OF A REFUND BECAUSE A THIEF IS A THIEF AND I DO NOT WANT THE AGRO WHEN IT COMES TO DEALING WITH THESE KNUCKLEDRAGGING APES AGAIN, BUT A VISIT TO DAVE IS ON MY BUCKET LIST SO WE CAN DISCUSS MY REFUND. HOW CAN WE PROTECT OURSELVES FROM THESE TYPES OF PEOPLE AND HOW COME NOBODY HAS CLOSED THEM DOWN?
