We are a 15th Century property and I needed to replace 64 Restaurant Chairs. The new ones had to be in keeping with the style and age of the property and our main Restaurant has a double height ceiling.

Forest Contract understood right from the start how important the style of chair and colour of the fabrics were. Adam was extremely helpful and proactive in helping us make the right decision. He was also very helpful in understanding and helping with our payment options and the chairs were delivered on schedule and exactly as we required.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Forest Contracts. We bought chairs for our restaurant on Royston. One gentleman Chris was superb to deal with. 5 stars

Ten tables ordered and received most efficiently. Five weeks lead time was kept to and table quality excellent.
They were 40mm chunky laminate with pvc edge in Natural Halifax Oak.
Bases were Dice twin pedestal in brushed stainless steel. Strong & stable with adjustable height feet.
Only minor issue was the screwheads were too small to hold in the holes in the base attachment to the table top. Small metal washers from Screwfix did the trick.

Forest Contract were excellent to deal with and couldn't help us enough. Michael was a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Once again Forest Contract have delivered a fabulous product, more than meeting our expectations and delivered on time.
Would have no hesitation in using again and recommending them to others.

Very easy to deal with, excellent communications throughout the transaction and delivery carried out exactly as expected. The product themselves are as described and look better than in the catalogue, all in all a very easy and enjoyable experience. I hope to purchase again from Chris and Forest Contract.

We purchased 2 sofas and 16 chairs. Communication was excellent! There QC is above the normal and they sorted out issues before the chairs got to us!

Ordered Wellington 2.5 seater with wool fabric only a couple of weeks ago for the seating area in the pub. Large variety of sofas and chairs available. Customer service was excellent on order and the sofa has already been delivered. Really comfortable, high quality and a really great price. Great service all round and I would highly recommend this company. All round great service.

This will be the second time that we have used Forest Contract for large refurbishment projects.

I have found the sales team incredibly helpful, getting a variety of samples for me for the contract furniture. The range of materials available is incredibly wide.

The furniture we purchased two years ago, is still immaculate. The easy care fabrics we choose have stood the test of time and so it was a obvious who we should go to a second time.

Excellent and honest customer service and sales experience. Would definitely return after the time and care they took over our order.

Good service, on time delivery, fair price and good quality

First sofa great, no problems in 2017. This year ordered 2 large sofas. Delivery delayed 2 months then cushions badly sewn, and foam and feather, instead of foam and fibre. Difficult to contact anyone apart from Sales person who was not at all helpful. This was the first order for 2 sofas and had hoped to place an order for 10 more. Will now be looking for a more helpful and reliable company.

Needed to pay 50% deposit before order would be accepted, then full balance before goods were issued. Always a risk these days. When we paid the balance, we had to again follow up to find out delivery date. Very little proactivity from Forest.
