Oustanding service...good price,quick delivery...very helpful staff.highly recommend

I was lied to on three separate occasions about delivery date/time. I wasted a day off work because the timber did not arrive when they promised. I had to constantly chase them and was lied to again and again. I was told twice that "the delivery is on it's way to you" and then later in the day they finally admitted that it hadn't left the depot yet. Worse still, they seemed to have no appreciation of the inconvenience caused and offered no real apology. I have used Forestrall many times before, but would not use them again after this horrific experience.

I ordered 4 mini sleepers on 15th Feb, they were delivered to NE London shortly after 8am on the 17th Feb. Driver was very helpful. Excellent service and the sleepers were exactly what I wanted.

Just placed my second order with Forestrall and the customer service and delivery offering have been exemplary both times.

Really pleased with my experience of using this company. I put out an enquiry with three different companies for the supply and delivery of custom length railway sleepers and they were the only company to reply with a very reasonable quote and 7 day lead time. The sleepers arrived today and, as I was busy the delivery guy carried them to where my wife requested (not easy as they weigh a ton) without complaint. Once I was free I took them to site and they are a perfect fit even though no one guarentees that they can be cut to any degree of accuracy. I will definitely use again for my timber needs.
