Awful. Ordered with no confirmation email but money taken.order never came as parcel courier didn't leave a note. No confirmation email so couldn't track it. Doesn't reply to email or facebook. Forever baby then asks me to close the PayPal dispute even though she hasn't reposted the parcel - I don't think so! Seems like its just a daft person buying cheap rubbish and ripping people off - calls you "hun" as a customer. Ridiculous.

No sign of order! No response to emails! AVOID
Placed an order on 5th April and have had no further contact other than the confirmation email on this date. Money has been taken from my account. It is now 26th April. I tried to email via the email address on their website only for it to be returned as 'undeliverable mail'. Messaged them twice on Facebook and although they have seen the messages they are ignoring me. Do yourselves a favour and AVOID at all costs. It might be a cheap site but thats IF you receive your goods! Absolute CHEATS!

The still have not received the parcel and It has passed already 10 days. When I contact with them, they say that my order are dispatch with MyHermes and receive my parcel within 7-10 day, but the next day they say my order are dispatch with Royal Mail and receive my parcel within 28 day. They are such liars! Never more ordered from this site.

I placed order on 20/1 and £35 came out of my PayPal on 23/1. I've emailed and inboxed them on Facebook several times but still haven't received my order or any explanation.

Disappointed contact
I have been both impressed by the quaity of the items and the speed of delivery from this site, but not any more.
I have just received a delivery where they sent the wrong size and billed me for an item marked out of stock on the invoice.
I contacted them by the only means they give - email, but after 3 days still no reply.
I hope they will respond to my next email and rectify their mistakes soon or I will not be using the site again.

This company are such good value for money, I purchased my first order and was so surprised by the quality of their items i received.
I purchase from Forever Baby all the time now for all my bit and gifts also and their customer service is also 2nd to none.
Do not be fooled things might only be £5 or less but are well worth the money as most are from Big name stores. ******
