If I could give more stars I would. I placed the order from Canada to send flowers to a friend who had unexpected surgery in Thailand. My friend had the flowers within 12 hrs of me ordering them and they were more beautiful than the picture I ordered from. My friend loved them and I was sooo happy with the service from beginning to end. They even emailed me to confirm delivery….amazing! Thank you soooo much

Stunning fresh flowers!
I ordered these flowers the day before Valentines day from England to my girlfriend in Thailand….and wow i’m very impressed! They arrived extremely fresh, early in the morning straight to her workplace not only was she impressed, but so were her colleagues at how beautiful the arrangement was. ** NEVER USING THIS FLORIST AGAIN!!
**** PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING ****
I would not recommend this place. Placed a really big order, but did not deliver to her work before she left despite asking for delivery by 1pm. No responses to multiple emails inquiries by the manager. Very disappointed considering the amount of money spent. I will never use this florist again.
Placed an order for 101 roses with an upgrade to deluxe which costs a lot. Did not deliver before the recipient leaves her office at 3:30pm. Sent multiple emails to the manager throughout the morning but did not get a single response until 3:30pm when I demanded a response because the person was leaving. The reply I got was that they guaranteed delivery on the date by 10pm.
I think this business lacks common sense.
1. If a delivery is to a place of business, guaranteed delivery by 10pm makes no damn sense.
2. If regular delivery cannot allow delivery by certain time of day, please provide a special delivery option. I would have gladly paid.
3. Knowing that Valentine’s Day is the busiest day of the year, the place needs to plan accordingly.
4. Having the flowers sitting in a delivery vehicle all day is not going to be good. I’m waiting to see the condition of the roses when they get delivered.
5. Please respond to the damn emails.
I hope this helps all future customers.

We checked with the delivery team and have found out that there was difficulty delivering at the address as it is an Embassy with very tight security. The delivery couldn't gain access and there was no person able to sign for the delivery so your order was returned for redelivery, which has caused the delay.
