A Centre For Excellence
I was looking for a company to create and supply me with a memorial plaque for a family grave. There are lots of companys around, but for me this was too important, so I searched several, if not all of them. I saw the impressive examples provided by Forever In Stone, and delved into their customer reviews on ebay. It was the 'detailed' 100% positive reviews that persuaded me - not the prices, albeit they are extremely fair. I was probably not the easiest customer that they have had, but the qualities of Andrew for communication, patience and attention to detail were second to none. I could go on, but suffice to say that Andrew and his company clearly have 'Customer First' ingrained in their DNA and they leave nothing to chance. Coupled with an astonishing quality product, they are clearly in my view a Centre of Excellence! I have just received my polished black granite memorial plaque, in the 'book design' with gold lettering and it is absolutely beautiful! The packaging was exceptional, and again far exceeded my expectations for preventing any damage in transit - another example of their excellence and attention to detail. Thank you so much Andrew from Forever in Stone, you deserve every accolade, because for me - I couldn't be happier!
