BRUH I ORDERED ON JUNE 8TH AND THEY SAID SHIPPING WAS 1-4 DAYS SO I EXPECTED IT BEFORE THE 17TH SINCE I HAVE AN EVENT THEN THE TRACKING CHANGED TO ARRIVING LATE NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE ESTIMATED TIME WAS CHANGED TWICE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE I CONTACTED THEM AND THE LADY TRIED TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT AND I MISUNDERSTOOD THE SHIPPING STUFF AND SAID SHIPPING WOULD TAKE 5-7 DAYS AND SAID MY STUFF WOULD NOT ARRIVE ON THE 23 LIKE WHAT???? EVEN IF IT WAS 5-7 DAYS 7+8=15 IT WOULD ARRIVE TODAY ON THE 15TH WHERE DID THEY GET THE 23RD FROM I HATE FOREVER 21 STICK TO AMAZON GUYS.

It’s 2021, why does it take a week and a half to get my order. I could have went to the actual store if it was going to take this long

I live in the UK and ordered clothes from Forever 21 in March, knowing it was a big store and expecting great quality. When the clothes arrived, all but 1 item of clothing was of horrendous quality, it was either see-through, skin tight to the point you could see all the folds of your skin, and one didn't look anything like the picture on the website. I returned pretty much everything, and complained to customer service as there was nothing that made it clear that my order was "international" as I ordered on the UK store and nothing made it clear it was being shipped from the US. I paid about as much in shipping charges to return the items as I will get in my refund. I asked the customer service person on the online chat to escalate my complaint and send me an email confirmation of this, and they never did. Meanwhile, I got an email on 14th April confirming they received my returned items. 2 months later, I still have not received my refund. Disgusting company, should be ashamed. I've had better experiences with scam companies than with this supposed big brand.

I ordered many items on Wednesday June 9th 2021 around 3pm and did next day shipping which was $22. They emailed me shortly after and said my order was placed on hold and that I needed to email them to confirm the order. I emailed twice just to make sure they received my message. Here it is 22 hours later and no response. I had to call only for them to tell me that they have to verify payment and that if approved (which the lady said she didn’t see why not), then I would receive the order on Wednesday of the following week. I had plans this weekend and now I am out of $400 that could have went to clothes that I could have just went into a store to purchase. Now I have to spend extra money until my money comes back onto my card. Yes I cancelled the order.

Never again will I order online from F21!!!

they waited the day of on the regular day it was supposed to be shipped to tell me that my order wasn’t gonna come and told me that it was gon come on monday. and they bootleg

I was assisted by a sales associate, Taylor, in finding several outfits within my budget of $100. I was expecting one outfit not two or three if I mix and match. I enjoyed my experience at the Hillside Village(Uptown Village) Forever 21. Thank you, Taylor.

I ordered clothing and even payed for faster shipping. Its been 5 days late so far and still has not came in.

Ordered online and package was delivered to the address of their choice . When I called abt this they were very rude said that “I entered the wrong address !!! Address was no where near the address I used at the time of the order !!! So basically I lost my money and will never support any store with this logo again !!!!

Plenty of other apparel stores with better return policies. So their changing/fitying rooms are closed due to Covid. My daughter bought a number of items, when we got home, we found one did not fit. We live a ways from the mall, so it took me more than 30 days to get back to return them. No return, no store credit, no exceptions. Well, I will be shopping some where else in the future, no exceptions.

I stopped shopping at this store. None of the workers know where anything is and I feel like they are so rude!!!

Order something to go out of town 5days before i went an came back after 4days an still not here.i want my money back will not order again..

The worst customer service! I didn't receive my order because they dis not add the address line 2 and claim they delivered the item! I kept telling the person on the chat customer line that You didn’t put my details correctly and she kept saying “next time update us within one hour of making the order” what? The response has nothing to do with the issue! I put my complete address correctly! Not my issue if your system mixes things up!

It should be named Forever Fraud.. their refund policy is pathetic ...NEVER SHOP FROM THIS ..THEY NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER RETURN YOUR MONEY ...when u called customer support they just gave u stupid reasons and tell u to wait for another month .. looks like forever 21 just trying to run itself by taking the money from their customers by Fraud means..this strategy only work in short term ...

Their sizes are all wrong. I wanted to return the items that I ordered because what I ordered was not what it looked like. The t-shirt was more of a crop top. They have a 30 day refund policy and I was late by 9 days and they absolutely wouldn't let me return it for store credit. I wasn't asking for a refund because I was out of the return time frame. They would budge for anything. I will never order from them again.

Ordered some clothing, took about a week and a half to get to me, which is understandable as it was shipping from California to the east coast. However, due to the location i live i had to return items back through the mail. It has been 1 MONTH and they still never received the package. I tried to contact the customer service through the chat, as there is no email option and the person was SO UN HELPFUL, I contacted them 3 days before the "month" and they said to wait until the whole month has been up. ALSO the month time frame is WAY past the expected processing time once shipping. So I asked to speak to their supervisor and they just disconnected the chat. Also after going through multiple people I finally got my return started and processed but was still charged for shipping the items that they NEVER RECIEVED. Terrible customer service as when I explained my frustration they brushed me off. I shouldn't have to had payed for the shipping cost of a package that was lost.

Do not buy any bathing suits because you can not return! So, they rip you off. Never going again after all the money I spent.

My daughter purchased some jewelry for a prom and paid for expedited shipping a little over a week before the event. The jewelry did not arrive at all, but two days after the prom she received a shipment with three articles of clothing that she did not order. When she called the company to request a refund they refund me the money right away. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Please be aware if you order internationally, you cannot return item. Shipping fee for returns is unreasonably high and it would not pay off to return it. Such a shame.

they can't ship to african countries like Ghana, Nigeria etc.
qand they ask for your phone number and when you type it ...they say it's valid...what type of site is this
